We stayed in one of the quietest towns on the island. Since we booked at the last minute, we were very happy with our choice. If we had stayed in one of the more touristy areas, we probably wouldn't have explored this part of the island at all.
Just across the road from the hotel, there is a beach where you can swim. It's perfectly fine for spending half a day, with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a beach café available. However, it is a pebbly beach next to the marina, so compared to the many stunning beaches around the island, it is below average.
As we were travelling with two children, the hotel upgraded our room. Before arriving, we had confirmed that our children could sleep on the sofa bed, and they kindly resolved it by giving us a larger room instead. The room was spacious, comfortable, had a lovely sea view, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fruit platter.
The swimming pool was a great bonus, especially on our arrival and departure days. It was fun for the kids and made those days much easier. It was also a nice place to relax when the island's beaches were too windy.
Breakfast was good and had everything we needed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and there was also free parking available for guests.
Because our room was upgraded, it included a bathtub with a jacuzzi instead of a standard shower. However, when we used the jacuzzi, water leaked onto the entire bathroom floor. We reported it to the hotel, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed during our stay. There was also no holder for the handheld showerhead, which made taking a regular shower in the bathtub a bit inconvenient. That said, it wasn't a major issue for us.
Since this was more of a honeymoon-style room, the bathtub and jacuzzi were located inside the bedroom rather than in a separate bathroom. The toilet was in a separate enclosed room with a door, but the bathing area was completely open, so anyone in the room could see you while you were showering or using the bathtub. This could be uncomfortable if you're staying with friends, but as we were travelling as a family, it wasn't a problem for us.
Other than these minor points, everything else was very good, and we had a pleasant stay.

The property is very beautiful. It is extremely clean and the staff is exceptional.
The beach is a short walk across the street. It is a bit rocky.

Beautiful clean hotel with lovely pool and very friendly helpful staff.
Only drawback is hotel is set up for all inclusive guests so was unable to obtain any food in the hotel. Additionally the bar inside the hotel did not serve drinks and you had to go outside to the pool bar.

Beautiful property, comfortable new rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff
I arrived from the Port(Ferry from Ikaria) at 2.30AM exhausted and was looking forward to rest after a long day of travels, and was given room 101, very near the lobby. Loud noises at the lobby started around 6.30AM, traffic of check out and a bit later, the breakfast crowd and housekeeping chatter, woke me up at 7AM, resulting in no rest at all.
