It was easy to find, easy parking right outside, prompt, welcoming hosts, clean facilities, tastefully and comfortably furnished, everything I needed and more, close to the sea front and railway station, helpful information in the lobby. Easy to access and owners had a relaxed approach to guest entry and exit whenever needed, with their own keys.

The room was well equipped so there was everything you needed. All was spotless. Location was perfect as there is a excellent local bus and train transport so no need to use the car. Place was away from Torquay so quiet but near enough for walks.

The area, fairly quiet, well presented, light.
Cramped room, tiny shower that you couldn't move in. Windows that you couldn't open. Lay out of the room meant we had to move comfy and table and chairs around when we ate. Fortunately we didn't spend long in the bedsit. Wasn't happy about emptying bins before leaving- should be hosts job.
