Very friendly welcome and given a free upgrade from single to double room with a balcony as they were quiet. Great location with easy walking into and around Durres, and along the promenade. Good price, clean rooms, great balcony. Having a kettle in the room was great, I preferred sitting with a cuppa on my balcony rather than using the breakfast space downstairs. Would happily stay again.
Breakfast was disappointing, and not a relaxing space for sitting with a coffee.

The location was great. We walked down from the ferry terminal on arrival and up to the bus terminal when leaving.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine.

Good breakfast. Fresh juice and milk and bread. Evening recepter is an senior gentleman and he can't speak ENG but kind.
No evelator. It's terrible because we have big luuggage. We have to take it to upper layer by arms.
