The staff were very respectful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning had been turned on before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated and made the room feel very welcoming after a long trip. Breakfast was included, and the coffee was excellent.
An additional city tax was charged separately. I believe this fee should have been clearly disclosed and included in the total cost when booking the property, rather than being requested afterward.

Kamela made this stay so perfect!
I was extremely unwell, she rushed to finish my room and made me feel extremely comfortable!
The rooms were lovely, very cool and the showers were great! Free breakfast and a lovely little garden too!

Close enough to walk to most attractions if you are fit enough
Drain did not work well in our bathroom so shower tray filled and basin slow to empty
Bedding was also not all clean - some mouldy spots on sheets.
