The location of the property, easy access to southwold. The character of the property and the interior decor is excellent. Owners are extremely helpful. We will return next year.
A shower would be nice but probably difficult to achieve due to the nature of the building.

Great location and a beautiful, pretty coach house. Everything you need and very welcoming.
Not that I didn’t like but would be 10/10 if there were a shower but unfortunately I don’t think there’s the room & head height to have one fitted. Just a bit awkward to get in & out of the bath with the low eaves.

Very nice well appointed dwelling. Lots of nice touches and owner let us in early before we explored around.
We knew only a bath but found out not so good for seniors. Also small fridge bending down tall fridge best. Bed not so comfortable.

Location was good, nice and close to Southwold. Property was clean. Garden great for the dogs. Very peaceful, road noise was very minimal / didn’t really disturb us. Dogs not allowed upstairs, but no barrier to prevent them?
Door security concerning. Garden security concerning, gate needs a bolt. Need to be clearer with booking.com around not allowing dogs to be left alone in property.
