El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo y reformado.
Muy limpio. El dueño nos atendió y nos recomendó sitios para visitar. Siempre atento a nuestras necesidades!
La ubicación, esta en un barrio un poco pobre y por las noches daba respeto.

I traveled by ferry, so the location was very convenient as it was close to the ferry terminal.
What disappointed me the most was the host’s handling of the situation and communication.
I booked August 16–18 and paid €65 separately via WhatsApp to extend my stay until August 19. However, on the morning of check-in, the host appeared to have forgotten about the additional night I had arranged with him.
More importantly, only three hours before check-in, he informed me that the previous guests had damaged the modem, so the Wi-Fi was not working and I could not stay in the original accommodation on August 18. I was given the option of receiving a refund or moving to another room.
I clearly asked whether I could stay in the original accommodation on August 16 and 17 and whether the Wi-Fi would be available, but I did not receive a proper answer. After checking in, I found that the Wi-Fi was unavailable throughout my stay.
I understand that unexpected problems can happen. However, the host informed me of the accommodation change at the last minute, did not properly answer my questions, and did not offer even a basic apology despite the inconvenience.
More than the problem itself, I was most disappointed by the host’s unclear communication, poor handling of the situation, and lack of even a simple apology.
