A lovely cottage. Read the excellent full description given by the owner before booking.

The cottage was exactly as described in the information given. Everything was sparkling clean. There appeared to be everything needed for preparing a meal. Overall the cottage was bright and comfortable. I love gardening and books too so was in my element. This would be ideal for people wanting to use public transport as it is close to bus stops (We didn't have the time to do this).

This is NOT a complaint just a comment for consideration; the table would be a bit too small to sit 3 - 4 adults.

Very comfortable everything you need close to amenities and 10 mins from Wroxham great day out trip on the broads close

Gorgeous little cottage very clean warm and cosy next to all amenities two very good pubs that do food shops petrol station coffee shop everything within 5 mins walk carnt fault.

If I had a fault it would just be the stairs very curved and steep but hand rail very handy could do with tightening up a bit wobbly but that’s just being a bit picky

A Lovely Cottage with some Drawbacks

This is a lovely cottage, well equipped and full of charm. It is well situated to get to Norwich which we did on the bus.

The advertising should be explicit that the bathroom is downstairs. Had we known, we would not have booked the cottage. The parking is quite tricky as the cottage is directly on a main road and opposite a busy junction.
