Wir waren im September hier und hatten ein Familienzimmer mit eigener Terrasse und einem wirklich einzigartigen Blick auf Chora und das Meer. Dieser Ausblick allein ist etwas ganz Besonderes und bleibt in Erinnerung.
Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die außergewöhnliche Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa zwei Gehminuten von der Levadi entfernt und ist gleichzeitig so gelegen, dass man weder einen steilen Berg hinaufsteigen noch zahlreiche Treppen bewältigen muss. Man ist schnell am Strand und damit auch bei den vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft angenehm abseits des Trubels.
Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat uns überzeugt. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst gepflegt.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut, die Betten waren bequem und sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher machten einen sehr frischen und hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch das Bad mit der modernen Dusche war tadellos.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Besitzer. Er ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, spricht sehr gutes Englisch und vermittelt einem vom ersten Tag an das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Er ist regelmäßig vor Ort und jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn man eine Frage hat oder etwas benötigt ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu wirken.

The sound of rooster in the morning is amazing. Stay was majestic, with kitchen, fridge, bathroom balcony outside. Yannis was always helpful to us and introduced us to the house with welcoming gifts for breakfast and a welcoming small bottle of wine. Very spacious rooms along with balcony for our three year old kid to run. Beach is nearby within walking distance, along with cafeterias and restaurants. Loved the attitude of Yannis to pick us up during our arrival with the Ferry and book a taxi for our departure. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Everything! Look no further! This is the place to stay in Astypalaia! The hospitality of these people is exceptional! The room we had was so great (we were upgraded), spacious and with exceptional views on the castle and the Aegean!
