We loved our cozy stay. We were in town for a show and the location was easy and convenient. The owners were very friendly and communicated with us before our arrival with detailed instructions. Check in and check out were easy. We look forward to visiting again some day.

My partner and i had a quick one night stay and have no complaints, it was a nice and quiet area, still feels pretty private even though its in a neighborhood. Its a great cheap option if youre looking to go into Harpers Ferry for the day, which is what we did. We would love to go back if we're in the area again :)

This property was excellent! Butch has thought of every possible amenity you would ever need at the “Nest’. It was also incredibly clean, disinfected and well appointed! We can’t wait to return and spend more time in Harper’s Ferry!

Enjoyed our stay after dropping our daughter at college nearby. It was a beautiful room with close proximity to so many things! We walked into town for dinner and drove to Harper's Ferry the next day. Would absolutely stay here again when returning to visit!

My wife and I wanted a simple overnight stay as we enjoyed a getaway weekend together, and "The Nest" was perfect! We were there for so short a time I can't say much other than I would happily stay again.

The hosts made us feel at home. We had an amazing time at Harper's ferry and will return soon. The entire area is gorgeous, welcoming, and we were blown away at how fun our early-spring stay was. The space was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and quiet.

The Nest was clean, cozy and so cute! The neighborhood is very quiet......no problems with noise. Butch and Beth equipped The Nest with many amenities which made our stay very comfortable. Much better than a hotel. We will definitely come back!

Cozy studio in excellent condition. Butch goes out of his way to make sure that the place has everything one could need. It is a quiet location, not far from the main street in town. We were very happy with our night’s stay.

This was a last minute getaway to the Harpers Ferry, WV area and I happened upon this property. I was very pleased with everything I read about the property and the fantastic reviews helped me make the decision to book "The Nest". It is a lovely, clean, quaint, private, quiet property that was a home away from home for my boyfriend and me for 2 nights. Butch and Beth are very friendly and so down to earth. Butch showed us everything we needed to know about the property. I highly recommend staying at "The Nest" if you ever need a place to stay in Charles Town, WV! We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and in a nice part of town and very close to a little park making it very convenient for taking walks. Owners are great too! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Property was exactly as described and shown. We stayed for 6 days and had no problems but I am confident if we had any issues, Butch would have taken care of whatever it was. Butch was very welcoming when we arrived and made sure we knew where everything was and how things worked. We were looking for a relaxing break from the daily routine and we definitely got that. Plent to do within a 30 minute drive if you want - historic sites, kayaking/tubing on the rivers, hiking and cycling and the casino for those who like to gamble. We would definitely return again.

When we first arrived, Butch welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. Since we weren’t familiar with the area, he took the time to tell us what attractions were around, and also told us about local restaurants. There is a drawer full of pamphlets for various attractions, and a book of menus from restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
