Please note the hot tub is an additional cost of $30 per night. This 2-story holiday home offers plenty of space with four bedrooms located on the first floor. The bedrooms are fitted with eco heat panels. Relax indoors in the open plan living area complete with modern furnishings and a great log burner. Enjoy the balcony complete with a BBQ for an easy meal after a day of adventure, followed by a soak in the hot tub. Local cafes, restaurants, spa treatments, and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa are all within a few minutes walking distance. Venture out for a bushwalk or go off-road for a mountain bike or 4WD tour. For the adrenaline junkies white water rafting or bungy jumping is on the ‘must-do list. Whether it's adventure or relaxation you are after it's all here. Bedroom configuration: Bedroom one 1 x queen bed, king single bed with a single trundle bed this can be joined together to make a king bed. Bedroom two 1 x queen bed and a cot. Bedroom three 1x queen bed. Bedroom Four 1x double bed and a king single. For additional guests, there is a single foam mattress and a couch that folds flat suitable for one person. PLEASE NOTE: The loft is situated above the lounge and access to it is a ladder that requires supervision when children are using it. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) NOTE: There are security cameras on the exterior of the house, they are located at the front entrance door and the back balcony door.

Was a great place with large bedrooms and living space. Was very homely and the AC was great during the summer since it is downstairs with all the bedrooms. Close to the town but yet u feel like your in your own secluded area. Was a bit dirty as there was some vomit left on the outside of the upstairs toilet from previous occupants. As well as the vacuumes don’t work very well. But overall was a nice house especially for the very good price

Disappointed in the lack of communication from the owner. Can see why the driveway is a challenge for some. No way could we get internet to work or how to get the tv to go. Very frustrating! Living area is upstairs so when in the bedrooms below could hear every footstep. Take fly spray and insect repellant as the midgies were biting!

It was a pity that there were no heat pumps and dishwashers in the living room and kitchen, but everything else was good. I had a good time with my children and family. Thank you

A gorgeous family home, spacious, and great views. Unfortunately overshaddowed by poor communication from owner, despite multiple communication to have hot tub available, found this locked up. Attempted to ask multiple times about linen availability, unsuccessfully until i had to ring. Park on the street, the driveway is very short and steep

Lovely place to stay the bedrooms are roomy and the house is warm. The floors are a bit noisy when you are downstairs and people are upstairs. But all in all a nice cosy place.

Driveway into the property is a nitemare ..big pothole nearly took my exhaust off and backing out with my brakes on, I slid down onto the road …luckily there was no other car coming otherwise I would have hit it as I could not stop…VERY STEEP…There is also a lot of big (not native) ladybugs that live on the ceiling and the light shade above the table where 2 of them fell while we were eating our fish and chips .😣these bugs were here when I stayed 2 years ago and they need fumigating..they are a pest

Our time away was really nice. The house is very warm and spacious with great views and close to the township which made activities easy. However there was the odd thing that would have made some aspects easier, the induction hob took awhile to figure out once we looked over the instructions and the BBQ really struggles to have good heat as the gas flow seemed to be really low which made the cooking difficult. But overall our stay was good and it did the job for us.

Great property for a family. Very spacious and cosy. Only suggestion would be a split air conditioner upstairs as it can be very hot in summer. Would be perfect in winter or slightly cooler months. I would recommend this spacious property.

Unfortunately the communication from Amie was basically non existent apart from a message just before 7am on the day we were checking in. I had asked to add 1 adult and 2 children to our booking and never heard anything till I was sent an overdue account, this hadn't even been confirmed and then another email was required after payment to have Amie update the booking. The fridge and bin absolutely stank of fish along with the drier stinking too. The smoke alarms are all non compliant bar one which has visible heat damage, I emailed her to let her know and never had a reply which given previous communication doesn't surprise me. The hot tub goes 24/7 which can be quite loud during the night. We have stayed at properties a lot nicer or a lot cheaper. I definitely should have read the reviews before booking.

An older home with some recent upgrades evident. Loved the deck and hot tub. Lounge was a cozy area also. Some crumbs left around the table/kitchen area on arrival. Amie was great at communicating and accommodated our late request for the hot tub (it definitely takes an overnight period to heat up).

Rubbish bins full, had to remove recycling, couch broken, front bedroom alcove roof noisy from rain all night, access up to house quite dangerous in the wet. Poor access to parking. As a holiday home owner myself I respect a home and although the house was reasonably priced I would be reluctant to use it again.

Was Honestly an Amazing stay, had some family and friends over on a Golf trip and was warm, comfortable and the spa definitly did the trick after a long day on the course.

Lovely home, comfortable beds, very very warm home!! Too hot at times, kids enjoyed the hot tub as did most the adults. If anything needs to be done, it would be new fry pans, the pancakes proved very hard to make with the ones at the house. Holidays are never long enough.

The house is much bigger than the photos show, we were nicely surprised. The beds are comfortable and bedding is great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub is extra but worth it, great to sit in surrounded by the trees and listening to the birds.

Nice home, lots of beds, two lounges, nice hot tub. Note no fire grate (we had toddlers staying which proved an ongoing challenge). Also been freshly painted downstairs which looks great but the paint fumes were overwhelming! Be warned.

We enjoyed staying at this house. All that we need ticked off the boxes. Comfortable and cosy stay. Spacious for 10 people and the children enjoyed playing at the loft. 😊 Good location and quite close to the pools.
