The Hotel is clean and updated. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which was very nice since we had been driving all day. There is not allot to do in the that location but is located close enough to Chattanooga which was just a very short drive away to make it convenient.
It was clean. Breakfast was not bad and location from freeway was convenient. Did not notice any traffic noise. Rooms are nice size.

Room layout was nice. The person checking us in was professional and courteous. I thought the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast selection was great.
The A/C in our room (305) did not cool. I set it to 64 and the room never cooled below 75. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained incredibly slow. I tried to report these issues at checkout. I waited at the checkout desk for several minutes around 8:30am, and no one was there to greet me. A basket was on the counter instructing guests to leave their key cards there to check out. I guess that did not want feedback about the room.
