Pleasant staff and large room

Room had areas on the floor that had not been cleaned that were visible

location is great for our needs. we like the option of suites, especially the two bedroom suite
they seemed to be understaffed. there was trash in the halls that didn’t get picked up. the breakfast bar needed attention both mornings. coffee was empty both mornings and some of the hot options were empty and needed to be refilled. The employees also seemed new and had difficulty helping me with my billing concern. There was a mistake on my bill that has yet to be resolved (but it has only been one day)

Breakfast to be honest, and the king bed was decent.
It was super cramped in this small room. When you pull out the sofa bed it practically touches the king bed. Struggled moving around the room in the middle of the night trying to use the rest room.
