LEGACY VACATION RESORT ON THE BEACH IN BRIGANTINE -TIMESHARE ONLY I WK AVAIL

We loved our room with the ocean view (510). Plenty of space for our family: table 4 chairs, pull out couch, small chair, king size bed, 2 tv, full fridge with freezer, 1 large bedroom Closet & 1 small entry closet(enough space). The bathroom & kitchen are dated, but shower had great water pressure. Staff very attentive, we called down for fresh towels and other items and they gladly brought them up to us. The bathroom is a tad small & the windows could be cleaned to enjoy the view better. Pool is good and feels nice to have it indoors for cloudy days. The windows there are open, so you get a nice breeze. Overall a win, being right on the beach. Owners were very attentive & communicated with me beautifully. I would recommend them & this unit again.

Can’t beat the location or the views from this unit. Hotel staff were super responsive and happy to refill towels, extra blankets, etc. Because it is a owner rental, daily housekeeping (cleaning) is not included, which is fine but next time I might bring more of my own supplies. Also, bring coins if you need to use a washer/dryer during your trip. Owner was super responsive to any questions as well. Thanks!

The property and room is old and run down. There was no maid service. On the positive side, the staff was excellent and addressed broken items and problems promptly and efficiently. Plus, you cannot beat the location.
