Great, location, send about 40 odd photos to the prop. man. to cover ourselves, Renter Beware!!

A bit of a pain to collect the keys, no way to drop the key locally so had to way a fair distance with our luggage's

400Euro Deposit for an extremely average room, lot of broken items in the room, tap in the kitchen sink was all loose, ants around the sink most days. Sofa was all stained and looked dirty. the smoke alarm was at the bottom of a closet and the battery was unplugged, very noisy at night as most night the rubbish collection was done between 1-2am. Towel heater was broken off the wall, shower head loose. Had to send about 40 odd photos to the property manager to cover ourselves and protect our deposit. Renters beware

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

the location, the 1 star is only for the location. it is very close to the beach (promenade des Anglais) and walking distance to the old town also.

i don’t know where to start! actually it was really bad! we travel a lot and this is the first time we face such issues with an airbnb or hotel. First the apartment is so dirty, ants are everywhere and by everywhere i mean even on the bed, we tried to clean the bed several times but they keep showing and they are pretty annoying during the night because you really wake up because of ants walking on you!!! also on the floor, in the shower, the washbasin everywhere!! when we first arrived to the room we tried to connect the wifi but the name of the wifi they gave to us is not available(not showing on any mobile) so i contacted them to help us and guess what! they sent me a google search link on how to trouble shoot my phone!😂 luckily my husband know a little about these things so he looked to the router and tried to fix it turned out the name and the passport they gave us are for a different wifi! anyway the next day we noticed no one came to clean the room(although we paid for the cleaning) and no one changed the bed sheets, towels or gave us new shampoos. we called them and they told us that they clean only one time which is when we check out😂 and no new towels no new shampoo! and the lady said you are only staying for 5 days!! overall, don’t book any apartment with this company unless you’re fine with all this. this is the worst experience ever.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, d’une très grande propreté rare de nos jours. Tout était parfait !!!

Peut être rajouter dans la cuisine une machine à café à dosettes.

Läget

Balkong hade varit trevligt. Lite trasig tvättställning gjorde det svårt att hänga tvätten.
