A szállás szebb, jobb és kényelmesebb volt, mint amire a képek és a leírás alapján számítottunk. Számos apró, de a kényelmünk szempontjából fontos dolog nagyon pozitív volt. Például a jól felszerelt konyha, a sok vállfa, a kerti zuhany, a vasalódeszka és a vasaló, varrókészlet(!), napernyő az autónak, napernyők a stradoláshoz, ezek mind olyan dolgok, amelyek hiányát csak akkor veszi észre az ember, ha nem állnak rendelkezésre. A szállástól 2 perc a csodálatos, homokos, lassan mélyülő strand (ahova kicsit kalandos a lejutás), 27 fokos tengervízzel és maximum 5 fürdőzővel. Legfeljebb 10 perc autóval a 2 km hosszú, végig homokos Chalikounas strand, ha ez nem lenne elég. A szállás és a strand természeti környezete egyedülállóan szép. Anastasia csodálatos vendéglátó! Ajándékkal kedveskedett és a nyaralásunk félidején tiszta ágyneművel és törölközőkkel látott el minket. Egyetlen probléma akadt a nyaralás alatt - természetesen vasárnap –, valószínűleg a vízszivattyú romlott el, mert nem volt víz. Anastasia intézkedett és pár óra alatt megoldotta a problémát. Vasárnap...
A kert rendkívül szép és gondozott. Többször is grilleztünk a kerti grillezőn és minden nap a fedett teraszon étkeztünk. A szálláshoz (autóval) több étterem is közel van. Tényleg fantasztikus volt minden!

The cottage is peaceful and comfortable. It is well equipped, with pleasant verandas for outdoor seating / dining at both the front and back of the house. It is in a good coastal location within an easy walk to a small beach. This is a good base for exploring the south of the island.
The property listing is inaccurate, the cottage is not detached, but is in fact the end house of a row of holiday homes, it is semi detached and you can hear the neighbours through the walls!
There are no sea views from the cottage nor is there a balcony, as stated in the listing. You can hear the sea and it can be glimpsed through the trees from the lane in front of the cottage. See photo.
We would have welcomed some information about
the local area e.g where to find supermarkets, restaurants, good beaches etc. we did not meet the welcoming owners mentioned in pervious and I fear outdated reviews .
It would also have been good if we had been supplied with more toilet paper and a small amount of detergent for the washing machine.
A light at the bedside / headboard in the bedroom, as requested in an earlier review, would also have been very helpful.

Der Gastgeber hat uns nach unserer Ankunft noch recht spät nett in Empfang genommen und die gesamte Unterkunft erklärt. Alles ist da was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die Ruhe gefallen. Zwar gibt es Häuser in der Nähe aber da stört nichts. Zudem was es richtig toll, dass man über einen abenteuerlichen Weg ganz schnell an einem kleinen Strandabschnitt war, wo man höchstens auf ein paar Leute aus den umliegenden Häusern trifft. Zudem gibt es ein paar Tavernen und schöne Wanderwege in der Umgebung.
Vom Flughafen erreicht man die Unterkunft in ca. 45 Minuten Fahrtzeit.
In der Unterkunft (drinnen) fehlt ein richtiger Esstisch. Zwar gibt es einen Hochtisch mit Hochstühlen, aber diese passen nicht zusammen. Entweder ist der Tisch zu tief oder die Hochstühle zu hoch. Daher muss man gebeugt sitzen oder direkt im Stehen essen.
