Ottima struttura nuova e curata con più servizi. Posizione tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza dell'Aurelia e della Ferrovia. Bagno ampio con Box doccia enorme.

Materasso leggermente troppo morbido.

Everything was perfect. Many thanks to Davide. Room has everything new: furniture, bed, aircondition, super fast Wi-Fi. Great breakfast served in the garden. Master of the hotel was very nice and helpfull. Room cleaning every day. Close to the sea and restaurants, also big and modern bath. Super choice to spend some vacation.

Clean space, large room, beautiful courtyard, so so so close to the beach in a lovely neighbourhood. Fantastic staff and a good breakfast.

Lack of information, trains running very late,but I meet wonderful people help me all the way how to travel and find the right place to get tickets and so on

David is a very nice guy,  we arrived late due to traffic, we found him waiting for us outside, He is very friendly and helpful, he gave us useful tips where to go in the area, The apartment is newly renovated, everything is in very good condition, rooms and kitchen are clean, the kitchen is fully furnished, coffee machine with the coffee capsules are available for us to use, the sofa bed is new and comfortable, bed covers and additional covers if needed are available, washing machine in the bathroom with washing powder are available, Nice garden in front of the apartment with table and seats so you can enjoy your breakfast outside under an Orange tree Coffe bar is 20 mtr far Super market and bakery within 50 mtr Ice cream shop within 20 mtr The beach is 200 mtr far Many restaurants within 200 mtr Train station is 100 mtr far Location is perfect The beach is nice, clear water, David offered me to park my car in his private garage This apartment is better than 4 stars hotel I recommend it for everyone
