The second floor offers a family room with 55 inch TV and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances to help stretch your budget. There is also a half-bath on this floor. Brand new Pergo flooring on all three floors and steps. This townhouse also offers a one car garage. The Seawinds complex offers two tennis courts, a pool and sauna, a gated front entrance and a private entrance to the beach.

I picked this place to celebrate our first anniversary because my wife loves the beach and this place did not disappoint. Great ocean views from the second and third floors. We could hear the waves while having breakfast in the very well supplied kitchen. They had everything we needed and then some. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

This property is AMAZING!! Very beautiful and spacious inside and what an AMAZING view!! Any time I had questions, the property manager/owner was responding very quickly!! The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets available! We would definitely rent again!

Our group of 4 absolutely loved this condo. It was easy to locate and super clean when we arrived! It had everything we needed for a great 4 day stay. The balcony on the top floor was great, especially for catching the sunrise. We had a mostly private beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. I did get the wrong code for the beach gate but o messaged the owners and immediately got a response for the right code and had no other issues. It’s super close to all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was awesome! It was equipped with everything you would need, from beach chairs, bikes, and any beach or pool accessories you would want or need. Along, with all the household items. The only things I would recommend would be replacing the sofa (it wasn't comfy and had a slight odor) and the master bed was a bit hard and squeaky everytime you would move. The views are gorgeous and location was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!🌴

This condo was exactly as described. So much room for our family of six. The location and the ocean front view was spectacular. It was so nice to not have to bring beach chairs from home. The owner has thought of everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach toys for the kids. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

This condo was fantastic! Lots of space for our group of 6, great views of the ocean, and the perfect location. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and there was lots of beach gear available as well. We loved our stay here - highly recommend!

Me and my daughters family take a summer vacation every year. This place was amazing. My granddaughters loved it. The beach was right there. Everything described in the description of the condo. It’s just like it is. Will be looking to stay there again next year. We enjoyed ourselves so much. And the owner was amazing.. Thank you

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The owner was available if needed and responded promptly. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. She even had spices, olive oil and aluminum foil, ziplock bags etc. plenty of dishes. Two types of coffee makers (pods and drip). She had plenty of fans for the top floor master as it can get warm but that was never an issue for our June stay. There was a hair dryer and straightener in the bathroom. And a baby pack n play in the closet for families with babies. My only tip is to bring extra garbage bags for the kitchen. The condo is beautiful and clean and the beach is perfect and not overly crowded. We will definitely stay here again. This is my 3rd stay in a Seawinds condo VRBO.

You can't beat ocean views whether inside or on the balconies. The Sea Winds community is small and quiet, which we prefer. Condo has been updated and is attractive and had all we needed.

Location and size were great. We stayed 3 nights. No coffee filters, no dishwasher soap, scarce hand soap, scarce toilet paper. For a 3 night stay I was disappointed with the things left for us. I’ve never stayed where there is not 1 coffee filter available. For the price, I expected more basic items in the rental.

We were in St. Augustine for a wedding. When we arrived at the condo, we were beyond impressed with how clean it was. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! As well as things you need for the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is just a few steps away from the condo. We really enjoyed our time at this property. Highly recommend!

Our 6 adult family members get together once a year. We always look for a place where all 3 couples get their own, at least, double beds and bathrooms. This place fit that bill nicely and the convenience to the beach was an added plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We loved the ease of the reservation and check-in/out process. The property and location are beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip to the beach. The condo is well stocked and we appreciated the extra pillows, blankets and sheets. The kitchen had more than just the basic appliances and dishes. There were measuring cups, serving dishes, crock pot, Keurig, and other items you don't always get at a rental. The private walkway to the beach was convenient and the beach had plenty of space to spread out without being crowded uncomfortably close to other families. Overall, we loved this condo!

The condo was perfect for our gathering. The beach views and access were beautiful and convenience. We used Barneys to set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach, which made it like a resort. The pool facilities were a good change of pace for us too. The location was close to many restaurants, shopping, downtown, ice cream, coffee and donut shops. Excellent beach vacation spot!

The unit is nicely situated and a short walk along a wooden walkway over the intermediate dune and vegetation to the beach. It was very supplied. Whenever we needed something in the kitchen, it was there: many dishes, knives, cooking utensils, beach equipment, not only one wine opener but a back up. A couple of caveats: The view of the beach is only available from the top floor (Master bedroom). The ocean is in view from the living room. The two downstair bedrooms only look at the vegetation area. As it is a three level place, one enters on the ground floor, walk up the stairs to living area and kitchen, walk another flight to the Master. The stair climbing did no bother us, it was even welcome exercise. But if you have trouble with stairs be advised. We were there for a month, had guests on and off, and enjoyed our stay very much.

We wanted to stay at a place that had an ocean view & was big enough for my husband & my 80 year old parents. This condominium couldn’t be more perfect. It had everything you could possibly need from beach chairs, bikes, & even a cooler, and had great beach views. There was even a washer & dryer. This place definitely deserves a 5 star review. We all enjoyed our stay at this condo! The ODonnell Family
