Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area for rainy and sunny days. Pets are allowed as long as $50. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. We have to wash furniture top covers after.

We were looking for a place to relax and this was it. The bedroom on the back half of the house gave a lovely view morning and evening with the sound of the water as a backdrop. We utilized the kayaks and spent time just sitting on the dock. The area offered lots to do: restaurants, wineries, boat tours, etc. Although the house is situated between train tracks and the lake, the tracks did not interfere with our relaxation.

Quaint little cottage right on the lake. Perfect for a weekend getaway in wine country! My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our dog (who enjoyed the views and the lake). Close to wineries, very neat and clean!

Our stay at this property was very pleasant and peaceful. Everything we needed, besides food and drink, was supplied. We unfortunately picked the coldest week of the summer. So we had no chance to go out on the water. But overall, it was a great getaway for a few days. Lots to do in the area, and lots of dining choices nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect spot near everything you could need to make your stay a fun one. The cottage has everything you need away from home and the bungalow gave us extra room for friends to join us yet give them some privacy. The covered patio and dining table was a perfect spot for eating and playing games/cards. And as a bonus, we were close to so many great wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!

Air conditioning is cold, the house was clean. The hosts were willing to be flexible on the checkout time. The listing is somewhat misleading as we were under the assumption that the bungalow was included, however we learned that its an "option".

What a wonderful place to stay for a week! Right on the water, it doesn't get better than that. We enjoyed kayaking and tubing and swimming. It was so nice that two kayaks were available for use on property. The location was perfect, between Geneva and Penn Yan. So easy to get to dining, parks, gas, marina, etc. We grilled on site as well, which was great. Fire pit for smores at night. We so enjoyed our trip and wish it could've lasted longer!

This was our family reunion for the year. We stayed a month with family coming from Florida, Alaska, and Canada. The 2 units served well with all the family coming and going. Loved being on the water. Central location to towns and wineries. On our list to return.

We loved the cozy cottage on Seneca Lake! It is incredibly charming. You can see the lake from just about every room in the cottage and the view is truly magnificent! The hosts are friendly and welcoming and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is great with easy access to the Seneca Wine Trail and Watkins Glen. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

Although it was a miserable rainy/raw week - we had a great time in the cottage - it was warm & pleasant. The view of the lake from the rear of the cottage was breath taking & so very relaxing. Our dog Bogie was mesmerized by the view and so were we. We took several trips around the lake and visited a few wineries. We cooked in the cottage most nights, or we obtained take out from The Elephant Thai Restaurant & Ciccino's Italian Restaurant in Geneva - good food!! Tim & Bonnie provided everything you could need in the cabin - from linens/towels/spices/etc. All in all, a great mini vacation.

This cottage was perfect for us. The main bedroom faces the lake and waking up to the waves and sunrise was just perfect. Two Kayaks are on the property and we definitely took advantage of them. There is nice dock with a bench at the end to sit out an enjoy the lake view. Very nice grill if you're thinking of cooking outside, which we did a few times. The house is clean and has quite a nice living room and fireplace if the weather isn't cooperating. We sat out on the back deck for breakfast every morning (it was too beautiful outside not to do so). Also, we utilized the fire pit down by the lake's edge every night of our stay. The kitchen has a variety of cookware and spices. Nice setup. Overall, the stay there was perfect and we are already looking to plan another visit here. Thanks Tim and Bonnie for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cottage!

We wanted a littl getaway for Christmas with our kids this year and this little cottage was perfect. It was so cozy! We were going to miss it due to th blizzard coming to Buffalo and the owners allowed us to come a day early so that we didn't have to miss it. Thank you ❤️ we made so many memories with our kids during our stay!

Purchased this rental as a Christmas gift for two bosses of mine who run a catering company who never take time out for themselves. Being two older ladies with their dog cocoa I thought this would be the perfect get away for them. They loved everything especially being on the water and so close to the wineries of the finger lakes. They especially loved the hot tub! Overall, an excellent stay. Would highly recommend again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage this winter. The place is located right on the lake with beautiful views of the water and gorgeous sunrises from the back bedroom. It’s also located right on the wine trail and about 30 minutes from Watkins Glen. We hope to be back someday!

This little place was just great! The location is amazing! The view we had put our bedroom for the sunrise was over the top! We definitely want to come back in the summer so we can use the outdoor amenities!
