Great location near Evenes-Narvik Airport

- The hosts are very welcoming - The kitchen can be used, and is well furnished - The location is great to rest before leaving Norway

- The place is a bit tiny for a group of 4

Cozy warm in winter and clean

Very warm and cozy. only 12 km or so away from the EVE airport. The ownwers are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend people flying in Narvik late to stay here to recuperate before driving on to lofoten.

It was exactly what we needed after our long journey

The location close to the airport is ideal. Helena and Iselin (and Felix) are wonderful hosts and their home is lovely. The bed was particularly comfortable, and having our own private bathroom was appreciated

Perfect for late arrivals and early departs from the airport.

Beautiful house with adequate facilities, and absolutely pleasant and helpful staff. Close location to the Hatstad/Narvik airport, in a tiny village with gas station (not abundant in the region) and supermarket

If you're looking for privacy, you won't find it, because the kitchen is shared with the guests and, although they don't bother you at all, you can feel cramped. They also put some limitations (don't use dishwasher?!, park far from the house under the snow, when they park next door) that I didn't understand

the girls were super kind, flexible with the check-in hours and the room was clean and cosy everything was ready for us :)

We found the matress a bit spongy/fluffy… but it’saquestion of preference, I guess no complains at all

SUPER PLEASANT HOSTS AND GREAT LODGING!

Everything was perfect 😊Helena and Iselin are incredible hosts! They contacted us when I made the reservation and again some days prior to our arrival to gave us info about the house and how to reach the place easily by car. Not only did they give us a warm welcome and showed us the house, but they also made us feel like at home (allowing us to use their kitchen). Spacious room and bathroom (and a small living room between them), with a nice corner with coffee and tea inside the room and touristic info, and plenty of amenities in the bathroom. You can find several notes on walls with info about how to use appliances, trash bin, etc. so as to help you 😊And perfect location, sooo quiet place and what a wonderful views from the windows and garden! In a nutshell, amazing place! It was so nice to meet you and chat for a while Helena,Iselin. And of course meeting Félix too🧡 Thanks for everything! Eva & Alberto (the northern lights chasers 😜)

Very good

Good place to spend one night. Very comfortable bed!!! I want to add that the hostesses were so kind that they allowed us to check in a few hours before the check in time! It was very nice to see such an attitude towards tired travelers after a long journey!!!

Helena & Iselin are very nice people. The room is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you need. From the kitchen you get an unforgettable view on the ocean & mountains.

Good placed with picturesque surrounding, very calm and clean. And fast wifi.

Good placed property near to the Evenes airport. View on sea and snowy mountains, clean and very calm surroundings. Very good equipped kitchen, car parking next to the house. Nice place to be there. Around 2 kilometers a grocery.

Matress hardness. It could be harder. Im used to a harder matress, but its not a disadvantage. Just a habit.

Wish I could've stayed longer!

What didn't we like?! It was perfect! This was by far our best nights sleep in Norway, such a comfortable bed. Our hosts were so kind and made us feel right at home. It didn't feel like we were out of place at all. Their two puppies were absolutely adorable and I enjoyed getting to feed them treats. You have your own bathroom upstairs, right next to the bedroom. Towels and linens provided, as well as toiletries. Coffee provided in room. They let us use the kitchen and fridge as needed and there was parking on-site. Ocean views out the window, too. It was a perfect stay.

Nothing! It was great! The room is on the second floor if you have mobility issues.

Convenient and comfortable stay close to Narvik-Evenes airport.

Very convenient, clean and with everything necessary you might need for an overnight stay. Separate toilet and well equipped kitchen. The hosts were really nice and attentive.

Not that we didn’t like, but a need-to-know, there are 2 little dogs living in the house, they don’t bother at all, but if you don’t like dogs maybe not a place for you :).

A good place to stay for reasonable price!

Friendly owners. Beautiful and comfortable sleeping room with good sitting area. Big and good bathroom with all what you need. Extra sitting or relax area outside our sleeping room. Tea and coffee inside our room. Very good price.

Driving between Bodo and Lofoten? Stay at the Yellow house

The place is wonderful. A ladies couple together with a mini-dog run the place. They are extremely kind and ready to help. We arrived late after a last-minute booking and there was no problem at all. Moreover, Norwegians use to have dinner early, but we were allowed to use the wonderful kitchen and cook at 9 pm which was deeply appreciated. The house is somehow in the middle of nowhere but for a short stay on our road trip between Lofoten to Bodo is was a wonderful oasis to spend the night. Ahh, the price was a bargain for Norwegian standards. Highly recommended, but for people with no problems with dogs since "Max" is one more in the family and he is always ready to meet and greet you anytime :)

Everything was ok. Just be advised that the Navi system does not easily recognize the place and you could get lost if do not follow the instructions provided at the time of booking.
