Offering magnificent open plan living with polished flooring throughout the kitchen & living areas, this apartment is a delight. There are 2 generous bedrooms . The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with an electric blanket & the second bedroom has 2 single bunks. There is also a very comfortable single fold out bed. The apartment sleeps 5 guests. The kitchen is fully self contained with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with plenty of bench space & cupboards. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably, & the living area has a large 42" TV & DVD. CAPEL BREEZE has been tastefully decorated with all furnishings designed for comfort in mind for your ultimate beach getaway. While relaxing on your holiday, there is a large selection of games & DVDs to choose from. There are floor to ceiling windows that fill the apartment with light. A perfect destination for couples & small families wanting a beach holiday to recharge batteries. Our Accommodation packages can be tailored to suit your needs. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Peninsula Hot Springs, Cape Schank National Park, Arthurs Seat, Local Wineries & Golf Courses, Portsea Hotel, Sorrento shopping Strip, Amazing Surf Beaches, The Famous Rye Carnival in Summer, Markets, Art Galleries & lots more. Rosebud is a large beach-side centre fronting Port Phillip on the Mornington Peninsula located between Rye & Dromana. There are several shopping areas including Rosebud Plaza Shopping Centre, Rosebud Beach Shopping Centre, Rosebud Central Shopping Centre & local cinema complex plus local library. Capel Sound Shopping Village has a small strip of shops, café & restaurants located directly across the road from the West Rosebud Foreshore. Rosebud provides safe swimming beaches along its continuous stretch of sandy bay coastline. NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING ON SITE! Our family's visit to Capel Breeze holiday house was fantastic. The house was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, especially in the mornings with our coffee—it had a great vibe. What made it even better was having an incredible ice cream shop right next door. We couldn't resist treating ourselves to their delicious ice cream, and it added a special touch to our stay. Overall, Capel Breeze holiday house provided a wonderful experience, and we're grateful for the cozy atmosphere and sweet memories we made there.

We had a great stay at this place - it’s super close to the beach and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone exploring the peninsula, wanting a weekend escape, or simply wanting to be near the beach!

We enjoyed the really spacious apartment for our one night stay. Sleep was not the best because there were lots of noises on the roof overnight with the wind and it was quite warm in the bedrooms. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Overall we enjoyed the amenities available, communication with the host and the tranquillity of the area.

The apartment was easy to access, perfect location, very clean and well maintained. Decor in the apartment was stylish, made it feel like you were in a hotel, but had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Lovely kitchen and even washing machine. Right across from the beach and being next door to restaurants, made it easy with a toddler!

Property is as advertised, decor is nice and the apartment is cozy.Rooms and towels are clean The check in process is simple and straight forward. there is a garage to securely park the car for overnighy. Definitely is a good place spending my weekend with my friend.

Nice unit perfect for a couple or a family, plenty of facilities including a bbq and outdoor setting. Nice quiet neighbourhood across the road from the bay and not far from shops and restaurants. Undercover secure parking as well

Couldn't fault this home, great fast communication with the owner and in a wonderful location. The TV was a little confusing but in the end we figured it out and there was a detailed book on how to operate it if needed.

The area is so well located, right across the beach and is close to amenities (grocery, restaurants, bottle shops). Apartment is clean and well maintained and have everything we need. Simone is the most wonderful host from start to finish. She communicates and responds promptly and makes you feel very welcome throughout your stay. We would love to visit again.
