The hotel was clean and the room had everything I needed for my stay. It is a good option if you are looking for simple accommodation while exploring the Dolomites.
The room was quite basic for the price. It was the most expensive accommodation of my trip, so I expected a little more in terms of comfort and overall room quality.

Very clean and newly renovated room. I loved to hear the sound of the river through the windows.
I wish there were screens on the windows so we could have left the windows open at night.
We were further from the Ortesei town than I imagined so we had to rely on buses which was stressful. We ended up waiting for a bus for an hour because our bus went past our stop even though we requested it.
Also, we weren't told how to get the bus pass until we had already paid for bus tickets the first day.
