About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $370 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our Home away from Home! Jetty's Break 101 is a bright and sunny condo with lots of family friendly features. Our location on 92nd Street is fantastic! We are steps away from the ocean, which is convenient when you have little ones to take back and forth to the beach. Our building has an elevator to make it easy to unload and making our building handicap accessible for the extended family. Our unit is furnished with family fun in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, a microwave and an icemaker. We have 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, TV and a fireplace for chilly winter nights. Our den is a great place for the little ones with twin beds and toys to play with. We have added a stroller, a pack n play, and highchair, child sized tables and chairs and more for our smallest guests! Soon to add a crib and more! The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The 2nd master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached bath with shower/bath combo. The half bath in the hallway is convenient for visiting family and friends and those quick trips from the beach or pool. The washer and dryer is in the unit and very convenient for those endless loads of clothes that babies and toddlers produce. There is a rooftop pool with space to sunbath if you choose. Several restaurants are close by. Layton's and Princess Royale's Buffet for breakfast are so close you can just walk to either. Liquid Assets and Bull on the Beach are also across the street. The Supermarket is right across the street featuring loads of prepared foods. Three other restaurants are also less than a block away. If you love to read, the library is two blocks away featuring books, tapes, fax and computers for your use. Across the street behind the Supermarket is a playground complete with tennis courts and basketball court. There is also ice skating a few blocks up in the Carousel. We are on the first floor which is actually the second floor of the building. We are on the same floor as the exercise room. There is a large patio balcony with space for everyone and not so high up that you have to worry about the little ones falling off the balcony. There is so much to do that you don't need a car and so many places to eat that you don't have to cook unless you want to! In short, Jetty's Break 101 is a family friendly condo, child safe features, 1/2 block from beach features full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub, 2BR and den, 2 1/2 baths, surrounded by restaurants. Playground, tennis courts and basketball are across the street next to supermarket. A perfect family location for a perfect beach vacation!

Stayed five nights four adults and three boys under the age of four. The condo was very well set up for small children with crib, pack and play, twin beds with available side rails, many toys, beach equipment, lots of plastic dinnerware in addition to the standard dishware. .
Appreciated that the walk to the beach was quite safe in that there is no through traffic on this street between the condo and the beach. Electronic access into the building and the condo worked very well and added to the safety. Very close proximity to grocery store, many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The property was spacious, plenty of towels, sheets, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed all the toys, and the new crib was great for our 3 month old grandson. The walk to the beach was very short, and the rooftop pool, though small, was great for a quick dip. The location is very convenient with an Acme grocery store and OC's best pizza place right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is on the beach block and is amazing!! It was just as pictured! We had so much fun staying and cant wait to go back next year! We loved that it was so kid friendly!!

We had two families staying with 4 young kids and the location was perfect for the beach. It was the same side as the beach and maybe half a block walk at most. Debra was a great host and was in constant communication making sure everything was ok. The size was perfect for our group. The kids slept in the den area with no issue. The only thing I would suggest is looking into new mattresses soon and a bed frame for the master bedroom as it is on a slant.

We had an absolutely lovely time in this VRBO. Debra was extremely tentative- even walked us through the check in, left us a cute little card and basket. If we travel down to OCMD again- we would def stay again. Would def recommend! Also, the house is literally so close to the beach- its barely a walk.

Debraâs place has the perfect location in the beach block with the balcony on the side street. Our group of 8 (2 families with teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out and have lots of fun!

Great condo with everything you can think of. As far as amenities. So nice not to have to lug beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets from home. Just steps from the beach and there was a great breakfast spot right next door. Having two paid parking spots at the condo was so convenient. Rooftop pool was such a nice bonus so we didnât have to keep the kids at the beach all day. Balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time out there as a family. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival with a custom birthday card for my daughter and thank you note for me and my family. So thoughtful!!! Would DEFINITELY come back again!

Girls trip
My sister and I went away for the weekend with a few friends. We had an excellent time at Jerryâs Break! Debra was amazing at communicating during the check in and out process as well as throughout our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Debra even left us the cutest gift basket! We will definitely be returning.

Great family getaway with plenty of space for kiddos
The property was convenient, clean and the den was perfect for the kiddos. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and were never tripping over each other. The extra touches of beach towels, clean linens, dishes galore, basket of necessities in case you forgot something made it a place we will return to year over year! Can't wait for next summer :). Debra was fantastic!

Great Stay
We had a great week at this property. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was so well stocked from the kitchen to the extra linens that you may need on your stay. The owner was great as well, made sure to check in when we arrived and through out the week. We will be back Jetty's Break :)

Great stay!
This condo was perfect for what we wanted. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still a short drive/uber to anything in OC. There are still a handful of restaurant/bars within walking distance and a short walk to the beach.
The place itself was big and spacious. The living space was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. There was a linen closet full of towels and sheets for us to use. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, etc.
Debra was fantastic. She called prior to our stay to ensure we would have everything we needed. She also checked in with us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. In fact, she allowed us to check in early and even offered to allow us to stay later than our check out time (although we had to hit the road).
I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for families!!
My family and I met up in OC with another couple and their kids. Total we had 4 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of space with some to spare. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owner was very attentive, she checked in every day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great place, great stay, great service. We will definitely stay there again!

The property is very clean, efficient, and convenient!
This is our second time staying at this property and my family and I were just as or more satisfied with it again. As soon as we walked in you could smell a fresh scent, and everything in its order and clean. The amount of beds it provides is more then enough for you and your family. The kitchen is well furnished with all utensils, and even some seasonings. The fridge was clean and empty. The porch is big and has a table with some chairs. Debrah is awesome to communicate with, very friendly, and attentative! Overall 20/10 for this property!!

Very nice stay in large beautiful condo
We loved how huge the inside of the condo was compared to other rentals. It was a very short distance to the beach and very convenient. Love the non-high rise condos with no crowds at the elevators. Owner was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us the entire time. Location is perfect--grocery store right across the street. Kitchen is wonderful with large table, perfect for large families. Never any issues with parking--always seemed to be street parking available in addition to the two provided. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
