We liked how big the room was and that it had a nice view to the city, but also because it was near Arno river so you can easily access it and take a beautiful walk on the shore.
1. It’s kind of hard to get in, you first have to go to the reception in another building where they hand you a key for the entrance of the building you will be staying in, then go to that building and open the door with the keys and take the elevator(it fits maximum 2 people as it’s tiny)/stairs and enter o code on the door which opens a hall where you have a tray with another key that’s magnetic for your apartment door.
2. Sometimes, the windows get stuck and it’s a bit hard to open them. We had to open the windows and leave them like for an hour because they use (I think) chlorine for disinfecting and it smelled so powerful.
3. While taking a bath, beware of spillage because even if you are extremely careful, I don’t know how but we had a pool of water on the floor after each bath (we saw that the tube connected to the shower head spills water).
4. And maybe the most important one…I don’t think the cleaning ladies noticed the fecal stains on the towel and on the wall near the paper toilet holder which I can assure you it did not come from us as we have seen it right after checking in the apartment while setting ourselves in and placing our personal stuff in the bathroom.

Clean and spacious, nice location
It is automatised but you have to go another place to get the keys and the staff there was not welcoming at all.
He was very rude and to be honest not very reliable. Luckily then i came back to take my bad and there was a nice girl.

The check in process was a little tedious and not able to store luggage beyond 6pm was a little inconvenient

Room and toilet were spacious
Only 1 sachet of tea - no coffee or wine glasses, plates, and cutlery. When I inquired on the specified WhatsApp number, I was met with an uncivil and threatening response .Moreover when you entered the building at night there was darkness and no light! The keys had to be returned at another place and there was no body to accept it. Resultantly they were left on the table
