The apartment is situated on the twelve floor of a 1970's American Modern designed building in the Condado peninsula where from the balcony of this iconic building you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You’ll be able to hear the soothing sounds of the waves breaking in the sand and feel the fresh breeze from the ocean. If you are lucky, sometimes you can see the manatees coming out for air in the Condado Lagoon. From this privilege location you can safely walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. There is something for all ages and tastes. If you are into sports, during the day and night you will see a constant flow of people jogging, running or just working out in the sun.
