This is a perfect holiday house for those wanting a modern, pet friendly home with fully fenced yard nestled into the dune reserve on the beach. *Accommodation Details* The house is light-filled and airy, offering 5 large bedrooms and open plan living with 3 separate lounges, including a TV room upstairs. There is a sunny, north facing, outdoor covered patio which overlooks the solar heated magnesium lap pool, built-in day bed, BBQ and fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The expansive, fully ducted air-conditioned, 2-storey home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. This home can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite and private covered deck with outdoor lounge to escape with a book and listen to the surf Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Bedroom 4 - Tri-bunk bed (double and single bunk) Main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Downstairs Bedroom 5 - Queen bed Powder room *Kitchen* Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and European appliances including dishwasher, gas stovetop, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee pod machine. *Entertainment and Living Spaces* The open plan lounge and dining provides a refreshingly inviting space to kick back and enjoy time with friends or family. The interior living opens up completely to connect to the covered outdoor dining area with the pool and BBQ, great for those relaxed moments. There is also a lovely additional TV lounge upstairs. *Additional Features* - Ducted air-conditioning throughout - Wifi - Magnesium lap pool - solar heated* - BBQ - Double garage - Fenced yard that is dog friendly - pet fee is applicable - Easy walking distance to beach - Plenty of local cafes nearby * NB: We cannot guarantee the pool water to be at a swimmable temperature during your stay, as solar heating can be slow and ineffectual during the Australian winter months. It requires direct sunlight and the roof temperature needs to be consistently above 28 degrees to heat the water. *Location* The Green House is a beachfront home located just under 6km south of Coolum Beach at Mt Coolum, in an exclusive enclave called The Boardwalk. There is a nearby supermarket, with local shops within convenient walking distance of the house. This relaxed beachside township with its pristine surf beaches is located 20 minutes south of Noosa and 20 minutes North of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. The hinterland towns of Maleny, Mapleton and Monteville are a 45-minutes scenic drive away. The famous Eumundi Markets and Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo are accessible by regular tour buses or private vehicles. For the nature enthusiasts, there are amazing activities on the beach and the water, including snorkeling, diving, surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Or, you can make use of the gorgeous bushland in the many national parks surrounding the area, including the ‘must-do’ sunrise walk up Mount Coolum. The Sunshine Coast is home to many athletic events, especially triathlons, and the surrounds are the perfect settings for running, swimming and cycling, with paths that connect the majority of the coastline. *Rates* Rates include all household linen and standard departure clean. The property is pleasant and nice in that it is so near to the beach. Unfortunately the stay was marred by the air conditioning not working, but we were remunerated for this shortfall by a partial reimbursement.

Great place to stay. Position great for beach, walks, coffee shops and local IGA. Easy to visit local attractions, Ginger Factory, Bali Bali Castle and Australia Zoo. 5 year old Grandson from NZ said the pool was his favourite! Would certainly recommend.

I can’t say more fantastic things about The Green House. The property incredible and it felt like time slowed down while we were there. It was so close to everything and you can either walk or take a short drive to many cafes and restaurants. Will definitely be staying again and also recommending to EVERYONE!!!

We enjoyed the space of the home, giving our family areas to get away from each other. The location was perfect with the beach being a short stroll away. Unfortunately the wi-fi was very limited and then ran out quite quickly so on the rainy days we couldn’t access Netflix - with teenagers in the home this was quite disappointing as it was part of the attraction. It was great to have our dog with us and the accessible dog beach was perfect.

Hi Just some feedback re our booking. The house was beautiful and location great. Our family had a lovely time in Mt Coolum. My only concern and disappointment was the fact that we were not able to swim in the pool due to equipment failure. The solar heater was broken and was not repaired during our stay. We were advised on the day of our arrival that the pool solar heater was broken and that an electrician would come to the house to look at the issue. In the end not fixable during our stay which was disappointing. The wi fi router was not working but was advised that a dongle would be left for us to connect to wi fi. That was fine but our main concern was we were not compensated or given an apology for the inconvenience when we checked out. I understand these problems can occur and are sometimes out of your control but the pool was part of the attraction for booking with you. I look forward to hearing your response.

First impression, the lawn needed mowing and sand in the pool. A man turned up unannounced to vacuum the sand. We also found male underwear in a drawer, the ignition to the BBQ didnt work, the Finish rinseaid bottle was nearly empty, very little handsoap or toilet paper. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the pool and all the space as its a big house. I had to phone twice re. BBQ with the Prestige Homes compan asking if there was a bbq lighter to do the job. Sure, but its not listed as required. On booking i enquired about bringing 2 dogs but it wasnt until a few weeks out, they informed us the family will only accept 1 dog.

Had a brilliant stay at this lovely property. We had 8 adults staying in the house and it was perfect. Close to the beach but a little drive into town. Loved the area and would consider booking this property again.

Lovely stay over the Easter period. So close to the beach and the walking/bike path through the nature reserve between the house and beach. Only a few minutes walk to good coffee. A beautiful area. Very tranquil, even at peak times when the Sunshine Coast is so busy. A hidden gem. The house was everything we needed and the manager, Vicky, very helpful.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. So close to bike / walking paths, coffee shop, surf club, dog beach and patrolled beach. Only negative is the mozzies in the evening 😬 nothing a bit of bug repellent won't fix though 👍

The house and location provided us with everything we needed for a great family getaway weekend. The dogs enjoyed the house and being able to run on the sand without a lead. Just had to remember the time restrictions for dogs off the lead.
