About this house rental
Nestled in Ohio City, this lovely house for $257 per night is a great option for your next trip. Built in 2001 this Newer remodeled home located near Ohio City Gordon Square with easy access to public transportation (bus or rapid transit station). The home is located 15 minutes or less from Downtown Cleveland (Playhouse Square, Jack Casino, the Cleveland Clinic, and all major Cleveland sports arenas), 45 minutes east from Cedar Point and 45 minutes west from the Geneva Winery's. Home includes master bedroom and full bath on 1st floor and 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms on 2nd floor. Great front porch, with beautifully landscaped front yard. Additionally, a 2 car garage along with fenced in backyard. Dogs are acceptable. Area is home of Gordon square Westside market and many new and old places to dine It is one of the hottest growing and best areas to live in Cleveland Many of the older homes are being either remodeled or torn down and replaced Three schools have bee onn rebuilt and Two new schools being built one down our street and brand new west side high school being built on Detroit Welcome to the Cleveland Home is furnished with all new appliances. Home is always being updated Every bedroom and loft have Tv s smallest being 49 inch bedroom 3 and 55inch in two bedrooms 50 inch I. Loft 65 inch in living area . When you come to my home you are treated like family.

The property is beautiful and the hosts are even better! We had an amazing stay, even though we were only there for one night. The fridge was stocked and there were welcome gifts. The best experience I have had renting on Vrbo. Highly recommended!

Property just as advertised and pictured-owner greeted us and gave a quick overview. Property is nicely decorated,updated and well kept. Owner left us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry-something I’ve never had in a rental before. We made the short drive to The Flats then Ohio City and West Side Market-conveniently located to both. Definitely would stay again. Communication from host was very good also.

My wife and I had a family wedding to attend in CLE when our daughter asked if her family could join us! We couldn't say no to the opportunity to see our two grandchildren.
We met with Mike and John upon our arrival and were given a quick tour. We found the accommodations to be everything that previous reviewers had noted and then some! The stocked refrigerator and pantry meant we didn't have to run to the grocery store immediately after unpacking the car! There was more food & drink in the house than we could have consumed during our entire stay!
When we're in CLE, we usually have several meals out with relatives, but on this trip, we hosted dinners on two nights so our grandchildren could meet their CLE relatives for the first time!
We've told Mike and John that on future visits, we will certainly check the availability of their home first, as it's on the short list of properties to stay at!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My family and I were blown away with the hospitality the host showed us during our stay. The stocked refrigerator and snacks were definitely appreciated and unexpected, we were able to enjoy our stay immediately without wasting any time at the grocery store. The house and property were immaculate. The location of the house was perfect and a close drive to all of the tourist attractions in town. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

This was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had with a VRBO!! Mike was an unbelievably gracious host. He was there to meet us when we arrived. We had everything we needed and so much more! We were in town for my son’s wedding and Mike made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. He provided a completely stocked refrigerator which was totally unexpected but so appreciated after a long trip. The house was perfect for my whole family (6 adults and a baby) with a great front porch and back yard. The location is wonderful! Loved the neighborhood, very walkable and easy running distance to Edgewater Park as well as easy access to the towpath for walking, biking, or running. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I would not hesitate to stay here anytime I am in Cleveland. Thanks Mike for all the personal touches and making the wedding weekend even more fabulous and memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay in this house. The house is clean. Great parking space for our two families. It is several minutes away from the edge water beach and the aquarium. The museum of natural history, museum of art and Botanical Garden are about 17 minutes away. The owner is supper nice. He loaded the fridge with milk, eggs, juice, beverages and meat. He even brought steaks for us. The pantry is full. No need to bring extra paper towers or extra toilet papers like most of the rented houses I have been to. I will definitely stay here again next time in town!

We loved the location - close to pretty much everything in the city and in a cool neighborhood. This particular spot is in Ohio City's Eco Village (on the edge of Detroit-Lakeshore) and is in front of a sweet little community garden. The backyard is great and private and the neighbors are very nice. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cool Cleveland neighborhood with good restaurants, breweries, etc. as well as an old school market with outdoor produce stalls and indoor meat, cheese, and other food items (West Market). You can get authentic Middle Eastern food, Irish food, Polish food, crepes, etc. Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cleveland, and having a clean, open concept, fully furnished house made it even more pleasant. The decor is modern and relaxing. We were able to relax on the front porch, closed in backyard and grilled on a propane grill they had. The living room has a huge sectional with reclining seats! Loved the high dining table where we ate and played cards and games. We cooked and were able to use the dishwasher and microwave. We even did tie dye (that we brought with us), because there was a washer and dryer to use! They allowed us to use their garage to store our trailer for the week, and our car was in the driveway, so it was off the road. Only downside was it was a bit more pricey than I was originally looking for. But our other house that we rented 2 months earlier backed out on us a week before our trip, so I was grateful to find a place for 6 of us to stay with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, and it was closer to the attractions we visited: Rock and Roll all of Fame, and the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Only a few miles to each place! And we ate just around the corner at Bruno's Ristorante, which was FABULOUS, as he makes all of his mom's recipes from Italy! If we make it back to Cleveland, would definitely see if this place is available again. Mike and John were awesome to rent from!

Perfect Stay
This place was great. Fridge and pantry were stocked to the absolute brim and everything was free to use. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. for my group. The place is nice and close to everything and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip.

Great for familly, close to attractions.
The property had everything we needed for our short trip to Cleveland. Very conveniently located near highway access, and also under 10 minutes from Edgewater park. The property was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet at night, so are little ones had no trouble sleeping. The host made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location for a family looking to visit the the zoo, botanical gardens, children's museum, natural history museum, aquarium - all are reasonably close.

The house was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need right down to cell phone chargers! The owner Mike was very accommodating and had the refrigerator stocked with water, soda, juice, breakfast items and other snacks! I highly recommend this house! I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Cleveland!

Mike was a wonderful host and the house was super clean and nice. He had beds for all eight of us and even put fresh flowers in vases around the house. Easy check-in and check-out and offered us to share whatever he had in the fridge and pantry. Good location, close to everything with Uber. Great place to stay.

My friends and I stayed overnight at Mike's house to celebrate my 30th birthday. I cannot say enough about Mike's hospitality and how nice the house was. Mike was so accommodating and very responsive. The fridge and pantry were stocked with tons of beverages, snacks, and ingredients for a full breakfast! Not to mention he had a birthday cake and bear waiting for me upon arrival. Mike is by far the best host I've ever had and I would 10000% stay here again. Thanks so much, Mike!

Abundant.
Mike was s great host. He was extremely attentive and generous! The house was stocked with food and beverage. I was traveling with my employees to a hair show convention in Cleveland. The house was perfect for us! Not a bad commute at all. Eat dinner at the Boil seafood place.
