Equipment are new.
There was cleaning every day.
Good location. Internet was fast.
Possibility of early check-in.
Small rooms.
Bad sound-isolation became a problem because our neighbour were very noisy at night so we couldn't sleep well.
No signs that smoking is forbidden so guest smoked calm and often. We changed 2 rooms before staff can find us less smelled of cigarettes room. Event in this room we can smell if other guests smoked in their room. Staff even not hide that previous quest smoked 4 month when he lived there are. Even staff allowed himself to vape in their working place on reception in the building that was totally not acceptable for us!
