The common areas are nice and the beds are comfy
Also the hostel is super clean, shower, bathroom, bedrooms
The location is good
There is no WiFi, you need to ask for some hotspot at the reception, and this doesn’t reach the rooms,
There is no AC in common areas, there are still fans but sometimes it still feels hot
There is a club next door that bangs music from 10pm to 3am it is super loud
The staff is not really friendly, they can answer all your requests but if you are looking for smiles, wrong adress

There's still some renovation work going on, but it wasn't noisy. Even with what's ready, this hostel was just so incredibly clean, very spacious and comfortable. Everything is top notch here. The common bathrooms were superb, and always exceptionally clean. There were no bunks in the female dorm, and the most expensive dorm beds have a double bed. So much space for your things. The mattress, blanket and pillows were very comfortable. Very good air quality. If you get rained at as much as I did, then you don't have to worry. Everything will dry up overnight. There's an excellent real kitchen with everything you could possibly need, including a microwave. Toilet paper and soap is supplied, but not a towel. You can rent it though. There's a nice outdoor sitting area, DSA, and being Chinese run, BYO of cold ones is perfectly fine. The staff is friendly. They don't speak a lot of English, but know how to get you sorted. Laundry is next door, so is a bar.
The only thing I'm deducting for is the poor WiFi.

It was alright. Single bed is surrounded by 3 brick walls, and then a curtain for privacy. Was kind of eerie but funny. Plenty of toilets and showers.
No wifi working when I was there. Staff was disorganized when I stayed. Young girl sitting at the front desk “didn’t work there” so scrambled to try and help me it was weird.
