The location to the Arena and the wider town and the bus station was great! You could walk to all key areas in 10 minutes max. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was fab. We were given an early checkin which was much appreciated. The communal fridge in the kitchen area is good, but a new toaster is required though.
The roof terrace is fab and you can take your breakfast up there, which is great! The views are wonderful!
The kitchen area is fine for rustling up a light meal, but nothing more.The area feels very safe and pretty quiet.
The shower is fine, but better if you use the hand held shower head as the power isn’t as good if you use the rain shower option.
The entrance to the building isn’t very inviting but is probably similar across many properties like this in Pula.
Don’t be put off by this as the rooms are fine. There is not enough storage space, there were only 4 coat hangers when we arrived and no drawers, although when asked they did bring more coat hangers, so that was helpful. There is a wardrobe with a shelf and two extremely small bedside cabinets and nothing more. A better wardrobe space with drawers is needed or at least provide bedside cabinets with storage for underwear etc otherwise you have to pile everything on top of each other or live out of your suitcase for your stay, which is not ideal.
The toaster is faulty and too small.
There is no room safe (confirmed by the host) or iron (that we could see), although the accommodation blurb on Booking.com states that there is.
Just be aware, there is nowhere to leave bags after you checkout, but there is a Nannie bag drop off point just a 2 minute walk away, which is where we left our bags on our last day, which was ideal.

Bed was too small for 2 people and lumpy, recommend upgrading for greater comfort.
