I didn’t see the host but we talked through WhatsApp and she made sure to plan everything for us exactly as I wanted. The guides were so nice and we had a great time going around Senaru and sembalun with them.
It wasn’t perfectly cleaned, especially the bathroom

-emplacement au centre de Senaru et tout près du départ pour la rando pour les cascades
-personnel très gentil et souhaitant aider mais ne parlant pas vraiment anglais

Een oase van rust en leuke basic gezellige kamers. Het personeel op zich heel vriendelijk maar ze zouden zich nog wat meer moeten openstellen om volk aan te trekken in hun restaurant. Maar op zich een fijne plek en perfect ter voorbereiding van evtl beklimming Mount Rinjani.
Geen minpunten, alleen houdt het personeel zich wat afzijdig maar heel vriendelijk.

El jardín es muy bonito. Cogimos la habitación standar que era lo único que quedaba, se nota el desgaste pero cumple con lo básico.
La actitud del personal fue desagradable: Fuimos con un driver aparte porque ellos no ofrecían el servicio, la ubicación que nos aparecía estaba mal y al final, nuestro driver tuvo que llamarlos para ver dónde estaban. Se lo comentamos al llegar al personal solo para que lo tuvieran en cuenta para futuros huéspedes y nos respondieron fatal. Nos llevaron a la habitación y nadie nos puso en contexto de que no funcionaba nada, no había electricidad. Fuimos a preguntar y el único chico amable ya nos contó que se había ido la luz en todo senaru. Son cosas que pueden pasar, pero al menos informa a tus huéspedes cuando llegan.
