L'appartamento è molto carino e ha tutto ciò che serve. Si raggiunge in 10/15 minuti a piedi il centro di Colmar. Molto utile il parcheggio coperto per l'auto che si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
Ci avevano assicurato, su nostra richiesta, che avrebbero posizionato due ventilatori anziché uno in modo da averne uno in ogni locale dove si dorme. Al nostro arrivo il secondo ventilatore mancava. Li abbiamo contattati e ci hanno detto che il secondo ventilatore si era rotto e avrebbero provveduto a farcenere un altro che in realtà non è mai arrivato. Di notte quindi si faceva fatica a dormire per il caldo estremo di questa estate 2026.
Nel bagno cieco con water manca una ventola. Nella doccia mancava la tenda/porta quindi usciva l' acqua ad ogni utilizzo.
Le tapparelle della cucina e della sala (che sono due stanze comunicanti) non si abbassano completamente, restano aperte delle fessure che quindi fanno entrare la luce nel primo mattino.
Il divano letto della sala è un po' scomodo e rumoroso.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς το κέντρο της Κολμάρ ήταν 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και σύμφωνα με τις φωτογραφίες. Ηλεκτρικές συσκευές καλής ποιότητας και άνετο σε χώρους.
Ο ένας ανεμιστήρας που είναι διαθέσιμος σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ειναι αρκετός για εμάς που ήμασταν 4 άτομα. Το ότι αναφέρει πως υπάρχει μόνο ανεμιστήρας δεν αναιρεί το γεγονός ότι απλά δεν ειναι αρκετός για την καλοκαιρινή σεζόν. Επίσης ο μηχανισμός για τα παντζούρια στο δωμάτιο ήταν χαλασμένος και δεν κατέβαιναν.. Τέλος, η τουαλέτα είναι απίστευτα μικρή.

The communication of the staff on the phone was great. We had a few problems/questions, of our our doing, so we call the office, and they asnswer the phone quickly. They were so nice and helpful, a real pleasure!!
Also the location is closer to the twon center but not right in the middle of traffic. It was a short walk to restaurants and also s short walk to Petite Venice. The Monoprix grocery store in is the town center, very conveienent for supplies!
The home was nice and confortable, thankfully it had a fan as we arrived in the middle of a heat way.
A/C would have been nice as it so hot but the fan and lots of windows kept the temp okay. I understand was not normal weather for Colmar.

La ubicación.
Una noche no pudimos aparcar en el parking incluido en el precio porque había otro coche, gestionado por Cooton, ocupando la plaza.
Tuve que aparcar mi coche en la calle.
