Location, convenience, price-comfort/quality ratio. More than good for not very demanding and picky traveler who is kind of on a run...)
Will visit you again for sure!
In addition to instant coffee it would be nice to get a couple of tea bags.
Sorry and thank you!

The room exceeded my expectations. Clean, neat, comfortable and perfectly located. It was a bit complicated to find entrance to the building, but the customer service promptly replied to my request to send additional instructions. Wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in an excellent location and was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome with chocolate and coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions promptly, and provided clear instructions that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Price-quality ratio, location, how easy it was to get there
Lukewarm water and the fact that it took more than one minute to get it any warm
Sink so tiny that it was difficult to use it
Creaky beds
Alarm that interuped our sleep during the night and the owner's response to it (we were only provided with instructions on how to turn it off, nobody showed up to verify what happened)
