Everything was perfect! The apartment is in an excellent location and was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome with chocolate and coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions promptly, and provided clear instructions that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It takes only 20 min to get there from airport by tram, 15 min by foot to Old Tallinn and main bus station. When you find the main entrance every thing well, clean, there are some welcome inside -coffee, chocolate.
Difficult to find main entrance in the late evening. In description it should be mention that main entrance is in the basement (lower then ground, there are some steps. It's some discomfort without windows for long staying.

Very comfortable check in (complete instructions will arrive to your mailbox before checking in). Clean premises.
Very reasonable parking cost (you have to take the parking permit from your room and put it on the dashboard of your car).
All necessities are there. It was my second time staying there and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Chatter before 6AM from neighboring rooms (walls are very thin and there is no sound isolation between adjacent rooms), but this depends on your neighbours, how loud it will be.
Also, I don't like memory foam mattresses at all.

Price-quality ratio, location, how easy it was to get there
Lukewarm water and the fact that it took more than one minute to get it any warm
Sink so tiny that it was difficult to use it
Creaky beds
Alarm that interuped our sleep during the night and the owner's response to it (we were only provided with instructions on how to turn it off, nobody showed up to verify what happened)
