L’appartamento era come descritto nell’annuncio. La comunicazione è stata ottima, veloce e sempre disponibile.
Le foto mostrano l’appartamento in buone condizioni; naturalmente bisogna anche considerare che non tutti gli ospiti sono altrettanto cortesi, attenti e rispettosi delle cose altrui.
L’appartamento era spazioso, con una cucina grande e completa di tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare. Il salotto era comodo, così come il tavolo, e il letto era davvero comodissimo.
Molto bello anche il terrazzo, ampio e comodo, con tavolo e sedie, particolarmente piacevole per chi fuma.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento è silenzioso e, per noi, la posizione era comodissima: vicino a tutto e perfetta per chi ama camminare. Ci sono marciapiedi ampi, negozi e diverse possibilità per fare delle belle passeggiate.
Il Ponte della Pace si trova a circa 2 km a piedi e la zona è ben servita anche dagli autobus.
Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti meno positivi, segnalo alcuni problemi riscontrati nel bagno e nella manutenzione generale.
Lo scarico tendeva a incastrarsi e, mentre si faceva la doccia, l’acqua fuoriusciva finendo sul pavimento.
Inoltre, tra la cucina e il soggiorno, alcune mattonelle del pavimento si muovevano quando ci si passava sopra. Chi cammina a piedi nudi dovrebbe quindi fare attenzione.
Si vede che l’appartamento è stato vissuto, si tratta semplicemente di segnalazioni relative alle condizioni dell’appartamento al momento del nostro soggiorno, non di aspetti che hanno compromesso la nostra esperienza.
Per il resto non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi e siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Уютная квартира, близко от от метро и от центра. Всё необходимое в квартире есть, две отдельные спальни. Удобно было разместиться двумя семьями.

- not clean. Most cabinets in the kitchen were dusty and soiled; the tablecloth was full of crumbs
- bad smell in the bedroom - I had to keep windows open for 2 days to make it less prominent
- the bed was squeaky
- the apartment is noticeably more worn out than in pictures - floor tiles have chips, water taps are rusty
- one evening the owner came with some potential tenants to show them the apartment without even notifying me in advance
