Friendly staff, comfortable room
Too much QR code’s policies.
To drink 1 beer at the rooftop was a struggle, as the QR code did not load the menu on my phone, so I could not order the beer.
Hence this issue I have ended up giving up drinking the beer. I do not think this has to do with the staff, but rather the management that implement QR codes’ policies. QR codes do not replace staff.

Location was good, but hard to park, beautiful view of the city, breakfast staff demonstrated a high level of hospitality (highlight for Evelyn and her sister - super kind ladies). Facilities were awesome, with a beautiful view of the pool as well, new furniture and beautiful decoration.
Check-in complicated and took very long (they wanted the birth certificate of my daughter, although her passport had both the surnames of my husband and mine) - my 2 y.o. daughter was sick and I asked them to bring her to the room first and then find the extra document they wanted, which was not accepted - even when they already had the passport copies), staff invading the room early in the morning for 2x in a week to refill the mini-fridge while we were still sleeping, breakfast itself was not awesome for a 5 star hotel, and it was almost every day the same (for 1 or 2 days the Pamonha was replaced by a chicken soup). Kitchen delivered a raw couscous to our table. Lobby was excessively cold.
