Good location, coffee is meanwhile included

Dogs in the neighbourhood barking whole night. Reception is only partially active. Double bed 1.20 wide..... 😕

Day time réception was lovely

Dirty sheets and matress. Holes in sheets and matresses No drinking water avaliable (we arrived at 11pm and could not get water until 8am the next day) Night time staff rude and unhelpful "Breakfast included " is Rice and water everything else is surcharge

I stayed for one night. Everything was okay.

Just a little unhappy moment.The neighbour dog was barking too much. It was annoying in the early morning.

Location is really convenient if you arrive by Ferry, it is 10 min walking to the port. The hotel is nice. The room was comfortable, we had a small balcony and the bathroom was clean, had warm water and the staff was very friendly.

Although we booked the room with breakfast included, it covered only up to 200php per person so we had to pay extra to have coffee and something to eat.

Close to the Pier, good for 1 night traveler stay.

Close to the Pier . Staff waited for us because we arrived very late, that's really nice of them.

It's just ok, they could improve this hotel because the location is very good. This need renovation for sure.

Place is near at the harbour,you can walk to the hotel.place is nice.

Breakfast is inclusive for only 100 pesos per person,the rest you have to pay.

the stay is good except for the shower issue

very clean. nice staffs

the water supply for the shower is very minimal and no pale to be used. staff responded very late. no staff always at the front desk

overall i had a great and comfortable stay with my family and would come back.

the place is beautiful and it has a nice small garden area where you can sit and relax. room is clean. There’s a coffee shop on site. Staff are so great.

some pillows are not so comfortable and need to be changed. breakfast serving may not be enough for some and free coffee would be good if included.

Exceptional

The staff is very accomodating. We just placed a call telling them that we will arrive very late in the evening. They already prepared the room for us and we just hit our bed to sleep.

Superb

The location is close to Tagbilaran port. We arrived past midnight in Tagb because of our boat's late departure but the lady-in charge was very kind to still accommodate us. Breakfast is already included. Good value for the money!

Needs more improvements in the facilities and services

The staff at the hotel reception were very friendly, helpful, kind and attentive....

There's one of the staff at the coffee shop at the hotel that is very rude to the guest....making my guest feel uneasy to approach for their needs...
