The location was amazing and convenient and the apartment had everything you needed for a short stay. It was really cute and the process of getting the keys and unloading the car before going to the carpark was seamless. Instructions were really clear.
If you want somewhere which is close to everything these apartments are perfect.
The apartment was located in an alleyway, which was quite noisy during the early hours. Bottles being emptied into bins and the bins being collected caused a lot of disturbance and broken sleep. On our last morning, the window cleaner also arrived very early and woke us up.
We also had to pay £118 for parking, which was an unexpected additional cost. Thankfully, this was refunded to us the following day.

The property is in an excellent location the is central to the city. The property is modern and well kept. I stayed at the same property in 2019 and the in sept 2026. It was exactly the same. Beautiful property.

Location , facilities in apartment. Very clean and comfortable. No problem in car park.
Key not in box on arrival after 3pm , so had to move car twice . Cleaner not completed.
Couldn't open the door , even though very warm . There was 4 smokers using the small courtyard. First thing in the morning and evening . Not their fault , but enclosed small yard made the smell bad. Also the,sound of the next door pub restaurant ventilation fan was very loud .

The location was great. We were able to check in early that was a nice aspect (£25 for late check out if available) and Sally was helpful on finding another lockbox as there was no key left inside our one. The water in the shower had great pressure. Kitchen was nice and bright. Courtyard was cute.
It was very cold and took a long time to heat the place, kitchen definitely took a longer time. Could hear everything so clearly outside like we were part of the conversations. It is a central location so I understand it’s busy so wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.
We had to do the washing up and take the bins out as well, for the price we paid I would have not expected to be doing that.
Tv in sitting room was very glitchy so was hard to watch things on it without it freezing/turning off at random times.
