Schönes Steinhaus, gemütlich eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad. Balkon mit Blick auf Sonnenuntergang und Malia. Untenliegende Terrasse auch mit Sitzgelegenheit. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken (Türcode). Paar Meter vom Meer entfernt (Meeresrauschen inkl.), allerdings keine Bademöglichkeit (steinig/felsig). Parkplatz im Innenhof.
Sehr ruhig, da nicht direkt in Malia, in der Nähe eines kleinen Hafens. Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
Auf den Photos wirkt das Haus alleinstehend, es gibt aber (neu gebaute?) Appartements direkt angrenzend.

What We Loved
Stunning Location & Views: The property and its grounds are beautiful. It is easily one of the absolute best spots in Malia to watch the sunset!
Amenities & Comfort: The bathroom and kitchen are modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Quiet & Convenient: The area around the property is peacefully quiet. While the beach directly adjacent to the villa isn't ideal for a full beach day, it's perfect for a quick, refreshing swim. Plus, the lovely Potamos Beach is just a short trip away.
The Not So Great
Mezzanine Floor: The wooden mezzanine can be a little too loud, especially when walking at night when everyone is asleep. It is also worth mentioning that the mezzanine area is noticeably warmer than the bottom floor
Property Layout & Groups: The new apartments on the property hosted mostly young groups. My concern is that it could get a little loud when the whole property is fully booked. Fortunately, the guests during our stay were mostly quiet and only stayed for the weekend, but I can only imagine what will happen when the UK holiday season starts

The Owner was very very nice and helpful, she sent us a full programm of what can we do in Malia. The Cleanliness was amazing. She booked also a taxi for us to the airport. Thank you very much and thank you is not enough! 🌹
