Situated in Tanque Verde, this charming house for $150 per night is a great option for your next break. Remodeled, luxury style charming 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom home. Enjoy the nice and quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes away from Catalina Highway so you can enjoy a day at Mt Lemon hikes, picnics and a beautiful drive. Close to the famous Sabino Canyon and the Sahuaro National Park East. Backyard with nice seating and breakfast area with ambient lighting. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had a great stay. Perfect location and loved the layout of the townhouse.

This is our 2nd stay at this location. We knew what we were getting as it was our second time. Perfect Eastside location. Pretty much as advertised. Except outdoor furniture is not accurate visual. The place was not cleaned when we showed up. The property manager had it cleaned and we had to kill 4 hoirs doing other things - which was fine except tiring after already being in the car for 9 hours. They did comp us $75 which was nice. The washer quit working after week one. We promptly told the mgr. We were there for one more week and never did hear if or when it would be fixed. Mgr was friendly enough. But the location meeds a deep deep clean and some TLC. Again nice size for 2 people and location is nice.

Awesome quiet location with a cute little condo/townhome. We loved the courtyard and the grass just across the street. We stayed for 2 nights and never heard any disruptive noise and this place is just 2 blocks off Speedway! The only criticism we have is the towels weren't washed - they were brand new with tags still on and crunchy - nothing like what you want to use on your body after a shower. The place is almost overly furnnished making moving around a bit tricky.

We had another great stay at this house. It’s comfortable and has everything we need for an extended visit. We are close to grocery stores and restaurants. And an easy drive to our favorite hiking spots in Saguaro NP and Sabino Canyon. Sergio and Gaby are quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely come again.

The house had a great layout, we really liked it. We especially liked the garage/parking area, it is so nice to park in a secure area. This place has great potential with a little updating. Yes the place was clean, but not clean enough to re-book this property. Overall the stay was "OK". With a little more attention to the smaller details it would have been a great stay.

Great Winter Break
We had a great time here this year. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything we need for our stay. Sergio and Gaby added a gas grill and new patio chairs. We enjoyed cooking out during our stay. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood near many good hiking spots.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice patio. Very private. The neighborhood is close to our favorite hiking spots in Saguaro East and Sabino Canyon. Sergio was quick and easy to communicate with. We plan to come back next year.

Great location, great 2 bdrm, 2 bath with sunny living space and patio
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gabby and Sergio's place, and the location was great. G&S were fabulous communicators from the first contact to the end of our visit. They also provided and brought directly to us items that we asked to have available. Amazing!!! We hope to return to Tucson, and to this wonderful property!!

Nice and roomy.
Looks small from the outside, but very roomy inside. Nicely furnished living and kitchen areas. The beds were very comfortable. Private backyard with plenty of seating. Two car garage/carport, so you vehicle was under cover and safely behind the garage door. Nice residential area. I loved the place.

Close to venue
The unit was clean and comfortable. A bit aged, but had everything we needed, except a hair dryer. (I forgot to check and see if it was part of the unit, so my bad.) My only true concern is the initial step off the front door. It blends too well with the lower floor covering and initially we both missed it and had a HARD step down into the living area. Maybe some safety tape or a small cone at the side of the step would caution people about the drop. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
