Cute little house on the hill in a small village on the coast. Location is not 100% accurate on booking (just go till the last turn before the restaurant, after you pass the entrance to the tower garden stop in first place down) but was ok as Emiliano was waiting for us. The house itself is up on the hill (pretty steep) so keep that in mind (not really suitable for people with disabilities), ok for a small car if you are an experienced driver (if not there is plenty of parking space down next to main road). On the upper level there is the house parking spot and a big terrace with stunning views to the coast and the nearby tower. On the lower level you have another terrace (covered one), the small pool (not suitable for swimming but perfect for cooling down). Inside there is a small kitchen and dining area (fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine), a bathroom (shower and toilet) and 2 separate bedrooms. Air con exists in the kitchen/dining area (ok if you leave the bedroom doors open). There are insect nets on all windows/doors, there is a washing machine on the lower terrace. Emiliano is a great host and goes above and beyond for his guests - we appreciated the fruit basket, wine, water, cookies and gifts received. Area is quiet in general (except weekends when there may be music at the nearby restaurants or when the neighbor practices his accordion). A great place to explore, hike or swim in the sea. Closest restaurant is few mins walk down the main road and they have amazing food. The neighbors doggie is a well behaved cutie and she will often join when sitting on the upper terrace. We enjoyed the time spent at Emiliano's house and we hope to be back one day. Thank you.
All was perfect, wish we could stay more. Not a negative but maybe a suggestion for when is really hot and not windy - a fan would do magic on the lower terrace.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter les pouilles et se baigner à pieds

L'accueil d'Émiliano qui a été dans la bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour.
La maison est tout simplement magnifique avec un emplacement à couper de souffle quand on monte sur la terrasse supérieure.
Tout est prévu, vous arrivez simplement avec vos valises.
A 5 mins de la mer, des eaux turquoises, nager avec les poissons dès le matin ça n'a pas de prix.
Tout était parfait !
