Okada Manila is a huge hotel with pretty much everything you need in one place. The facilities are impressive, and the overall experience was quite good. The room service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
Considering the hotel’s premium positioning and modern design, I expected newer and better-maintained furniture. The carpet in the room also needed more attention, as the overall cleanliness could have been better.
Another disappointment was the waiting time during both check-in and check-out. Having to stand in line is not the level of service you would expect from a hotel like Okada Manila.

Checking in was a pleasant experience. Staff very friendly and helpful on desk
Room wasn’t available until after 6.30pm. Had to chase numerous times for luggage to be sent to room. Breakfast was mediocre for a five star hotel.
