In a fantastic location, very close to the river, shops, food, pub - really nice.
The apartment, kitchen and deck is very functional and nice. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture.
The landing from the elevator needs to be cleaned and repaired - it smelled like wet/rotten carpet.
There are stains on both the apartment's carpet and the furniture - which really wasn't very nice to find.

There was some carpentry issues around the bathroom with peeled paint and holes for replacement items

Good location, had amenities such as fridge, oven, washing machine, ironing board.
Was unclean (lots of stains on the carpet, some of them very new). Smelt bad. Bathrooms had not been cleaned since last guest, with dirty sinks and opened toiletries left behind.
