Obiekt zadbany, obsługa regularnie na miejscu. Odbiór kluczy bez kontaktowy, czysto wszędzie, parking w pobliżu. Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Telewizor i wi fi na miejscu. Komfort i spokój na Plus

We liked that there were four beds for our 4-people family. The apartment had a private balcony with a nice view and a table and chairs. A small fridge in our room was beneficial. Also we highly valued a private parking place and a small playground for kids.
We also used the common kitchen.
The owners seemed to be kind in our online communication, as we never met in person.
The location was good, and at the same time calm.
The kitchen is very small, only one person can cook at the time, although for us it wasn't a problem, there was no-one else at the mo we cooked.
Also the room would be too crowded if our kids were bigger (they are 4 and 6 years, so currently it wasn't a problem).

Obiekt bardzo czysty, czajnik i mała lodówka w pokoju to duży plus. Blisko do centrum - 15 min piechotką, blisko sklep spożywczy. Piękne miejsce. Atutem są balkony gdzie można wypić kawę z widokiem na góry.
Wszystko zgodne jak na zdjęciu, ale brakuje miejsca na fotel. Pokój ma 15 m więc jest to tylko sypialnia ze stolikiem i 2 krzesła.

Cena bola zaujímavá. Miesto celkom tiež, ale nie úplne v centre Zakopaneho. Spoločná kuchynka pre všetky izby k dispozícii.
The price was attractive. The location was quite good as well, although not right in the center of Zakopane. A shared kitchenette was available for all rooms.
Stiesnené priestory. Pre rodinu s dvomi deťmi nedostatočné. Žiadna chodba. Posteľ hneď vedľa vchodových dverí do izby.
Na oknách sa v noci vyzrážajú veľké kropaje vody. Buď pustíte radiátor pod oknom najsilnejšie, budete mať v izbe príliš teplo a kvôli tomu sa dobre nevyspíte a nebudete mať až tak mokré okná po noci alebo dáte radiátor slabšie, budete mať nižšiu teplotu vhodnú na spánok, ale okná budú ráno kompletne mokré, budete mať vlhký zatuchnutý vzduch a preto sa dobre nevyspíte. Gumy medzi krídlom okna a sklom sú kompletne plesnivé. Stálo by za zváženie domontovať aspoň lokálnu rekuperačnú jednotku, ktorá by zlepšila vzduch bez nutnosti prekurovania a samozrejme vymeniť gumy na oknách.
Cramped spaces. Insufficient for a family with two children. No hallway. The bed is right next to the entrance door to the room.
Large amounts of condensation form on the windows at night. Either you turn the radiator under the window up to the highest setting, which makes the room too warm and uncomfortable for sleep (though the windows will be less wet), or you keep the radiator lower to maintain a suitable sleeping temperature, but then the windows are completely wet in the morning, the air becomes damp and musty, and you do not sleep well. The window seals between the sash and the glass are completely moldy. It would be worth considering installing at least a local ventilation/heat recovery unit to improve air quality without overheating, and of course replacing the window seals.
