Fantastic holiday home for up to 8 people with private pool near Playa La Barrosa on the Costa de la Luz.
Andalusia, Spain modern holiday home, 2017 completely renovated, 200 m² total living area. 600 m² garden plot, large living-dining room with fireplace and German HD TV, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, all rooms are air conditioned. Covered terrace with sun awning, balcony, beautiful outdoor area with large pool, sun loungers, garage and parking space.

The villa is very well equipped in terms of kitchen and washing facilities. Loved the ice maker! The master bedroom is huge and on the first floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The a/c is excellent and in all bedrooms and the living area. Beds were very firm but comfortable.
The villa is on the corner of two roads, a short walk from the beautiful Barossa beach. The best restaurants are a 20-25 minute walk away but there are other places to eat and drink 10 minutes away.
There is a breeze as it is the Atlantic coast but that is welcome when very hot. There are bikes at the villa and plenty of tracks to use them on. Cadiz is a 45 min drive away and we’ll worth a visit.
A folder with information/map/recommendations of local facilities would have helped us settle into our holiday quicker.
Only disappointment was the pool as debris from the tree was falling in but the filter was not on and the net needed repair. This could easily be sorted though.

The house is superb. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Great outdoor space too with a decent sized pool, quality sun loungers, a table and chairs for Al fresco dining.
Property also has a bbq and good stock of pool toys which can be used by the guests.
Bedrooms all have individual aircon units, double beds and shutters. Kitchen is equally well equipped.
Location of the house is ideal for those who want everything in walking distance- beach, sea, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, etc. House has a car port with remote operated sliding gate. Seville is just over an hours drive away, Cadiz around 20mins with Jerez 45mins and Puerto de Santa Maria 20mins also.
We flew into Gibraltar which is roughly 1h 20mins away.
We had a couple of very minor issues which were quickly resolved by Thomas and his team. 10/10 easily. Would definitely return if we’re permitted to do so!

Wir sind freundlich von der Hausverwalterin empfangen worden, welche auch jederzeit für Fragen zum Objekt per WhatsApp verfügbar war. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat eine tolle Ausstattung, welche keine weiteren Wünsche übrig lässt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und hat allen gut gefallen.
