My wife and I bought our 3 children with spouses and 5 grandchildren to Breckenridge Heights for a relaxing weekend away from the city. We were more than happy. The house has everything we could want for everyone.Great house with a kitchen that is perfect of big family meals. Bedroom suites that were great for individual family groups and a large living room for comfortable lounging. The house is modern, efficient and has more entertainment options than any house I have rented before. We will definitely come back!

The home is beautiful and very well appointed. We had 4 couples for our small family reunion. The younger ones loved the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it well! We all had plenty of space. The view is captivating and we spent most of the morning on the upper deck and afternoons on the lower deck. The property mangers were very helpful. Highly recommend this awesome help.

We stayed at Breckenridge Heights with two other families for a relaxing weekend. Upon entering the house we were immediately impressed by the size- the kitchen, living room and dining area were totally comfortable for our large group. We made our way upstairs to beautifully furnished bedrooms with large beds. But the downstairs was the real kicker- two large rooms with wrap around couches, and a small bunk room which made it a perfect area to banish our kids to all weekend :) We took full advantage of the large hot tub as well. We walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed the views, and found a sledding hill about 1/2 a mile from the property. Snowmobile and Snow Machine rentals were available next door to the neighborhood entrance, as well as a nice country store. Vacation Rental 365 staff checked in on us throughout the stay, which was very appreciated. We will definitely be back to Breckenridge Heights!

Our family of 8 people (two toddlers) had a a great stay at this house. The house was large with 5 bedrooms and had large beds (kings and queens) with decent mattreses. Home had a nice view of the mountains over the tree tops, could not see the lake though. Nice big kitchen, so many large TVs, great screening room in basement and hot tub on the big two level wraparound deck. The house is set on the steep hillside and has an all gravel yard with a separate game room the detached garage. Overall a very nice place close to the lake for summertime family fun.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. Nice open floor plan for entertaining with a huge kitchen. Lots of room downstairs which includes a nice media room with refrigerator and sink. Large back deck provides peaceful views and plenty of bird watching. Lots of deer but we did have an uneasy encounter with a juvenile bear in the early evening right at the gas fireplace. Thankfully it ran off after a few minutes but it wasn’t scared of people. Only other downside about the property is that it’s a bit remote, meaning there is not a lot of things for younger children to do at the actual property. The house is up on a huge hill with no yard or grass to play on. But I have to mention that the property is only a three minute Drive to Lake Cle Elum which is a MUST to visit during your stay. If you are there on the weekend you must get there before 10 AM or else it will fill up with cars and the sandy spots will be taken shortly after that.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Breckinridge property. Thanks again, The Kelly Family

Including a gaming room, a separate game room, large deck area, hot tub, and open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Several amenities provided. Had a special guest one evening (a bear), that was looking for a meal!

The lake is much closer than it seems- 5 minute drive. Beautiful cabin with tall, emerald evergreens surrounding it. The kitchen had more than what’s as needed for cooking, plenty of linens and towels on hand and friendly management eager to ensure we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our group of 4 couples and one child.
Had another room to spare, the games in the basement and the hot tub a bonus.
Kitchen was well equipped as we ate in most of our stay, great neighborhood to take walks and very peaceful and quiet.

The house didmt seem too clean also...we spent an hour cleaning the first day like floors and such...maybe they did good at wiping down commonly touched areas but the house its self def seemed like it wasn't mopped or dusted. Overall we made a good time of it but have stayed at better houses I think its a bit overpriced for what you get. Had beautiful views and we had fun sledding near the house.
