About this condo rental
Located in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $273 per night is a great choice for your next break. RELAX! Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying sound of the waves and the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest. This is for the guests and owners protection. BE COMFORTABLE! The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a wall mounted flat screen TV. On one side of the living area you’ll find a queen size sleeper-sofa. SWIM, SUN AND PLAY! Just outside the back of our building is a year-round pool and Hot-tub. On to the beach! South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close. EAT POOLSIDE! There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. STAY SAFE! The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and a sauna just around the corner. GET OUT AND ABOUT! Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on SPI and in nearby areas for both adults and children; golf, para sailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few. No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands. IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets the guest limits based on city and county fire safety, and occupancy ordinances. Occupancy limit for our condo is 4, which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers. There are no exceptions to exceeding the guest limit during your stay. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time. Please bring your own personal toiletries. We provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits. SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay. Everything was as advertised. The view was exceptional. I spent a lot of time on the balcony just looking out at the beach and the water. The bed could use a little update. As I was leaving there was a terrible sewer smell. That was more of a property issue than the condo. Housekeeping reported it.

All was great about our stay. The one reason I gave it an overall rating of a 4 Star was because the bed was not good. One side to sink in more than the other and the memory form made it uncomfortable. Really needs a bed upgrade. We checked in then went to buy a few groceries for the weekend. Ice is on site for sale. The view from the room was the best.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo for our anniversary. It was clean, charming, and accurately described in the listing. The host was timely and helpful with a booking issue we encountered. The weather was beautiful while we were in South Padre, but even if we would have gotten stuck inside the view makes you feel like you are literally on the beach while in the condo. The Aquarius, where the condo is located, has a 24/7 front desk, a crew cleaning the pool and facility daily, ice available for $5, and the most charming private access to the beach. Parking is safe and convenient. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible, even in Port Isabell. From our stay, it is evident that the host has earned the title, "super host"; we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. However the only bedroom is small. The bed is up against the wall so you have to climb in from the end which makes getting up in the night to use the restroom difficult.

Excellent 9th floor beach view property at the Aquarius of SPI. Loved the large windows! Very nice living area plus clean kitchen! Well stocked with amenities for dining in. My only complaint is the bedroom is very tight with the queen size bed. I would stay here again!!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this condo at South Padre Island. The condo was super clean! The views from the balcony were gorgeous and can’t be beat! It’s perfectly located to everything on the island. The pool and grill areas are awesome. We will definitely be back!

Location is everything - With continuous windows in the living area facing the ocean from floor to ceiling . On the 9th floor and so peaceful during the day and into the night. A smaller condo, but well worth the visit.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation. Besides the beautiful view of the Gulf, this condo was absolutely fabulous. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes etc. And it came supplied with K-cups which was great. The grounds were clean and the pool and hot tub was very refreshing. I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect condo! Ninth floor, so above any noise still with a perfect ocean front view. Great breeze, great amenities, very easy access in and out. Close to great food. A beautiful beach and even a little souvenir shopping. Highly recommend this place. Great hosts. We will return.

Out first trip to SPI did not disappoint!! Our Aquarius condo was wonderful, very clean and well equipped for our 2-week stay! This condo offered outstanding views up and down the beach! Out hosts Matt and Adrienne very responsive, replying very quickly to our questions. The property is very well maintained. We loved that the property was gated and secure. Both pool and hot tub were clean and warm! We were in walking distance of everything we needed; restaurants, bars and live music every night. The Aquarius staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We plan on returning to SPI and the Aquarius Condominiums in the future. Many thanks to Matt & Adrienne!

Beautiful views and super relaxing! Also enjoyed the friendly staff and community vibe in the building. Beach access, pool, hot tub, gym, amenities to rinse off after walking in the sand, and more. We enjoyed a lot of our time on the beach and out on the water and loved returning to a homelike apartment with great kitchen space and living area.

This condo was very cozy and had an absolutely beautiful view!
I appreciated the room not having windows so it was blacked out at night and we got to sleep longer in the mornings.
The doors to the balcony provided great natural light during the day and again the view was the best. Sitting out in the morning and during the day just watching the view was extremely relaxing.
The kitchen was stocked with all the little appliances and things we needed to make ourselves breakfast and snacks.
Overall it was a great stay and we will be back!

The property was in close proximity to numerous areas of dining and entertainment. Combine that with the ocean/gulf a mere seconds away and you really have no downside! We would highly recommend this vacation destination.

We had a long term stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the location is walking distance to at least a dozen bars and restaurants, and the view from the patio is just amazing. The owners were great to work with and replied to any questions within the hour. Also the property is very well maintained; pool and hot tub were both clean and warm! One of our best VRBO rentals so far.

This property was perfect for my husband and me for our 5 nights on SPI. It had all that we needed, it was very clean, and had nice beach touches. Advertising that there was a view for the condo was spot on. It was fabulous! Aquarius and its property was immaculate, we liked the secure parking, and private beach access. It was a walk away to restaurants and shops. Our hosts were a text away, so friendly, and very accommodating. They made it easy for us to stay an extra night with no hassle. We got lucky that the condo was available 1 more night! We will return to SPI and hope to stay in #904.

Our priority in finding a condo was that it had to have a view of the ocean. This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. Also, since the building is on the beach, It had easy access to the beach.
We decided to not rent a car. This condo was in easy walking distance to everything we did. There is also a free shuttle we used to go to the ends of SPI.
The building is older but clean and maintained.
The owners and building employees are very friendly.

Booked 10 days on the island and had to leave 2 days in due to my father passing away suddenly. The condo and grounds were great and views were amazing. Checking in was quick and simple and the staff were very understanding and helpful with the sudden passing of my father and us trying to get flights out and packed up. I highly recommend this property for a vacation where u don't have a family emergency and have to leave. I understand I was passed the refund policy and I clearly has plans to be there so my only complaint would be that I wasn't able to get any kind of reimbursement. I also contacted the owners right away to let them know I was trying to get a flight out and although I did get a reply to that message I never got a relpy the next morning when I messaged to let them know I had left and checked out.

We make at least one trip to SPI every year for my wife's birthday. This was the first with our baby and it was perfect. The beachfront view made for beautiful mornings and easy beach access. The pool is great for kiddos, overall an awesome property if you’re traveling with kids. Very easy gated parking and close to everything!
The bed and couches were incredibly soft and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

My wife, myself and our two kids stayed at this location and was blown away. When you first walk in and see the view wow it takes ur breath away. The condo itself was awesome, everything you need is readily available. My fault I didn’t see the folder for Wi-Fi and other little details until checking out. The building itself is well maintained and staff was 1000% friendly. The amenities were plentiful and we def will stay here again, for sure. Don’t wait, book this place if it’s available.

Amazing Condo
This was my daughters and I first beach visit and it did not disappoint!! The condo was VERY nice and clean and the perfect fit for me and my 2 teenage daughters! It was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. Even had a bottle of aloe in the bathroom which I had forgot to pack and was grateful to see! My FAVORITE part was the VIEW! It was AMAZING! Highly recommend this condo! Matt was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be back!!

Anniversary Trip!
It was perfect for my and my gf. Walked into a beautiful clean condo had everything we needed and more! Had a little issue with ceiling fan but Adrienne and management downstairs were quick to react and get us a new nice fan set it up and everything! The vibe and look of the condo inside was perfect for the view, you felt you were at a beach being inside not just looking outside with that amazinggggg view! Everything was perfect thank you again! We will be back!
