Great location directly at exit D of Jordan station, friendly staff who attended to the room daily. The rates are great considering the location and HK in general.
The room can be small for 2 people. The location is a bit hard to find but some signage does exist to help. Finally, the bed is a bit short so if you're tall (190cm and above) you'll find your leg hitting the wall. The bathroom is quite small and you have to shower with the toiket next to you/not much space.

The lady in charge is very welcoming and helpful.
The location was excellent due to proximity to transportation, 7eleven and attractions. There was AC in the room and also a TV. Room was cleaned every day.
The location can be difficult to find. Elevator always had a waiting line so I had to use the stairs to the 5th floor. If you are a big person, the room might not be for you.

Perfect location in the middle of Jordan, right next to the MTR and Kowloon park. Small but accomodating room. All the essentials were present. Linnen changed every day and the hosts were attentive. Would definitely stay again for the a good value for money deal!
I did not bring big suitcases but I can imagine this might be a rather tight fit.

Perfect location, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui (specifically by the Jordan stop in the red line). A few minutes walk from both the marina and the market.
The building is very run down and kind of dirty. The room is extremely small and I personally had an issue with the bed (being 6'3" I did not fit in the bed)
