Location was good. Close Temple Street markets, Kowloon Park, Shopping and train station
Beds were too short for sleeping.

The suite was amazing for three adults and one child for the price we paid. Location was phenomenal, with Cafe De Coral, Wellcome, and 7-11 just right across the hotel. Kowloon Park is literally beside it and Temple St. is also a short, walking distance. I am happy that there is an onsite self laundry, which we utilized and was readily available with free soap included.
Luggages at the Bell Desk can be an eye sore and block the path.

Nice shower.
It was serviceable, felt a bit run down but we didn’t spend too much time in the room. Smell of damp and cigarettes in the hallways was unpleasant.
