The hosts were perfect! After a 8h stint on the motorcycle the host recognised im done and got me a parking spot closer to where it would have been! Thats how you greet a guest!
Nothing really, its a nice cosy place in walking distance, if you arrive by car DO NOT DRIVE to the address directly, you cant turn around there!

The apartment was super comfortable and in a fantastic location right near the heart of Old Town and various restaurants and attractions. The view across Split and the bay was stunning from the private balcony.
There are a lot of steps to get up to the apartment though this didn't bother us especially with regards to the great view you get from the balcony.
It's about a 20 minute walk to the main bus station.

The location was good, (as long as you don't mind walking up the many steps to get there) close enough to everything and the view from the balcony was really lovely. The apartment itself is very small but has quite a rustic vibe, nestled amongst locals and away from the noise of old-town which can be very busy.
Had to call for directions to get inside as there was no information provided prior to arrival and there are a few apartments with separate entrances at the same address.
The kitchen could have been better equipped and some things required attention, a couple of lights and sockets didn't work or seemed dangerous to use. There was no extractor fan for the cooker or in the shower and no smoke detector in the room either.
