Parking for 2 cars off street. A half block stroll to Blackbeards' Restaurant and just a little further to the new Dollar General Store. Super convenient location. Come relax at CasablancaSPI. This spacious 1100 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6. Our South Padre Island two bedroom / two bath condo is professionally decorated with a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side fridge, double oven range, and washer/dryer. The covered balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool shared with only 3 other condos. Cable, DVD, beach toys, towels & chairs. Close to the Water Park, boating, hiking, birding, surfing. Why Visit South Padre Island?: South Padre Island is perfect for all ages. The beaches are all public and have easy access. Many of the beach access points have new wooden walkways. If you want to be a little adventurous, take Padre Blvd. north and enter one of the beach drive accesses and drive your car down the beach and pick a spot for your picnic. If you like to fish, try your hand at surf fishing, take one of the deep sea fishing tours, or fish off one of the piers at South Padre Island or in Port Isabel. Mr Bennet has helped us book his property twice. Once in March of 2022 and recently in July of 2023. Both a 5 star experience and the property is in the middle of the island with so many fun activities within walking distance. Will most definitely go back

The condo is lovely and we’ll equipped. It is a very short walk to the beach access, a couple of restaurants and shops, and a Dollar General that carries more than their usual grocery selection. Everything we needed was provided, and more. The only things that we could have used more of were paper towels and kitchen trash bags. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced. Our 14 year old grandson slept on it the first night and he could feel the bars underneath him so he just slept on the sofa the rest of the time. Our other suggestion would be putting something different on the door from the master bedroom to the balcony. The thin white material that is there allows light from outside to come through all night long. Overall a great place that we would definitely stay at again!

This condo is in a central location. It was very well equipped with everything needed and many extras. It is a short walk across to the public beach access and also has a nice pool to enjoy at other times. It is an upstairs unit but has a great balcony overlooking the pool with table & chairs, which we used quite a bit especially in the morning. This unit has two full bathrooms with two very nice bedrooms (1 king, 1queen) which had everything you might need for a weekend stay or an extended week+ stay. I appreciated the fact that all t.v.s and appliances worked and we had no extra issues at all!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and giving us a great vacation out of the hustle of city life!! <3

Very clean, spacious rental. Very close to beach. Only downfall was checkout at 10 am. Sofa is not too comfy.

The place was not completely clean floors still had a sandy feel to them. Master bed has an old box mattress very squeaky uncomfortable night sleep. Soap for shower not provided when they should be for 2 night spent over 700 TV are so outdated difficult to operate. Slot of plastic plants that are filled with dust my allergies were on the run overall the place is cute plenty of room and quiet. Plus each 4 unit building has its own pool which was nice.

This location was perfect for me. I didn’t have a rental car and I was within a short walk to the beach as well as a steak restaurant, Mexican, ice-cream shop and a beach store. The pool was also a plus!
