Holiday rental for a wonderful holiday in one or two studios ref 1673227 and 1673230 on the same floor, on the 2nd floor, five meters away and located in a beautiful three-star hotel with all the free services attached to the Hotel: kayak, pedalo, windsurfing, multi-sports, volleyball, basketball, billiards, table football, gym, quiet pool, water sports pool with waterfall, ping-pong, various activities, some services are paying: such as restaurants with two formulas: all inclusive or cheap free buffet, laundry, babysitting massages, hammam jaccuzzi and beauty treatments in cabins vs there is also a library and a tour center Studio of 30 m2 air-conditioned, equipped with a large room with a large bed of 2 places + a sofa bed a person, a small extra mattress, large TV wall with CANAL +, CANAL + SPORT, TF1, safe, INTERNET WIFI, hair dryer, iron, bedding and towels, a bathroom, a toilet, a private terrace with a kitchenette equipped with all the elements useful for cooking: hotplate 2 lights, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, refrigerator, independent freezer and washing machine 3kg. Très beau studio Idéalement situé
Très satisfaite concernant la location du studio qui était propre, spacieux, très fonctionnel et super bien situé. Grand lit de 160 cm très confortable, 2 lits superposés pratiques pour les enfants, belle salle de bains. Quel bonheur d'aller sur le balcon chaque matin pour admirer la superbe vue sur la Marina de la pointe du bout où on peut admirer les bateaux partant en croisière. Marina qui est à peine à 5 minutes à pied où on trouve Restos, glaciers et boutiques.
Possibilité d'utiliser les 2 piscines de la résidence ainsi que la petite plage, un vrai bonheur. D'autres plages sont à de courtes distances à pied de la résidence. Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Le propriétaire est à votre écoute et très amical. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir🤗

Beau studio, très confortable (à résisté à l'ouragan Maria), avec en prime un propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Spa, deux piscines, plage privée, animations... De quoi passer un exçellent séjour.

L'appart est très propre et fonctionnel. Il est tout équipé
La propriété est très bien entretenu, la clim fonctionne parfaitement. Il ne manque rien (frigo, congélo, cuisinette, sdb, télé, seviettes, draps, lave linge, jeux pour les enfants...). Les piscines, le bar, les restaurants, le port et les plages sont à 5 minutes à pied; c'est parfait.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appart très sein. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour le petit cadeau d'arrivé.

tout est parfait même si la perfection n'existe pas mais tout est fait pour que vs vs sentiez bien dans ce logt et par l'accueil très sympathique du propriétaire depuis votre arrivée à l'aéroport.
Appartement bien entretenu avec tout ce qu il faut et surtout une climatisation individuelle indépendante de la clim centrale de l'hôtel,donc pas de risque de se trouver sans clim!! Bravo!

Location très agréable et bien située
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce studio pour les fêtes de fin d'année, description de la location et photos tout à fait conformes. Petite attention agréable du propriétaire lors de notre arrivée : friandises et bouteille d'eau à disposition. Séjour agréable, vue sur la Marina, studio propre et fonctionnel, village créole et tous commerces à proximité ainsi que le traversier pour se rendre à Fort de France. Accès aisé piscine et plage privative, ainsi que les soirées à thème proposées par l'Hôtel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Au cœur de la pointe du bout, toutes les commodités sont réunies pour passer d'excellente vacances.
Le studio donne sur la Marina et est donc calme. Aucun bruit. Le studio est climatisé.
Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Le studio est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la marina.
Prendre son p'tit déjeuner sur le balcon en regardant partir les bateaux, merveilleux!
Le village créole, la marina, le traversier pour Fort-De-France, les restos, les boutiques et épicerie à proximité, très pratique. C'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la Martinique.
Le studio est conforme à l'annonce: propre et fonctionnel. On ne manque de rien.
Le propriétaire, M. Nolbas ainsi que Mme Yvette sont d'une très grande gentillesse.
Très facile de communiquer avec M. Nolbas s'il y a quoi que ce soit. Il nous répond très vite.
C'est le meilleur endroit pour visiter la Martinique. A recommander.

Très grande qualité de prestation.
Un rapport qualité prix inégalé sur une Ile ou nous nous rendons depuis plus de 35 ans, et ou nous avons tout testé: hôtels, locations, résidences hôtelières, gites.
De tous ces hébergements; le studio résidence hôtelière au Carayou est incontestablement le meilleur choix que nous ayons fait depuis longtemps: vue sur la Marina, commerces à 200m à pied, équipement d'un 3 étoiles à disposition, et studio au top. Enfin, position centrale dans l'ile, ce qui permet de tout visiter facilement de l'Anse Couleuvre aux Salines en passant par la Caravelle. Ajoutons la avette maritime pour FDF sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel tous les 3/4 d'heure à 7€ l'aller et retour, 20 min de traversée.
Il faut ajouter toutes les petites attentions du propriétaire: minimum alimentaire. L' équipement est complet, Wifi, télévision, micro onde, cafetière, egoutoir salade, cuisinette complète, clim etc. etc..... locations propre, bref, un sans faute total. Vous êtes chez vous.
Il faut conclure par la gentillesse et l'accueil du propriétaire qui attire d'emblée la sympathie. On reviendra. C'est non seulement sur, mais évident.

appartement conforme à l annonce et même plus. très fonctionnel. avoir un petit congélateur et un lave linge dans le studio c est le top.très propre et très joli.attention particulière de la part du proprio quelques présents à l arrivée qui font plaisirs.situé à qq pas du village créole avec tous ses commerces et resto.la traversée pour fort de france à coté c'est très bien.appartement à recommander fortement .merci encore.

Location idéalement située dans une résidence avec 2 piscines et une plage aménagée. (Photos conformes à la réalité).
Animation le soir mais aucun bruit depuis notre location.
Vue magnifique sur la marina. Endroit calme.
La location est impeccable: spacieuse, propre, belle salle de bain, clim.
L'accès à la marina à pied est très pratique pour se promener.
Le village Créole des Trois Ilets est également accessible à pied.
Club de plongée à 2 min à pied.
Bref des vacances inoubliables.
Idéalement située pour visiter la Martinique.
Je ne retournerai pas ailleurs pour des vacances sur cette île paradisiaque.

Très belle location,très bien située,propre et proche de la plage et des piscines.Très belle vue sur la marina,prendre le petit déj le matin en regardant partir les bateaux c'est vraiment super.Les proprio super sympa et très discrets(trop),juste une coupe de champagne en fin de séjour.Je conseil la journée en mer a bord du catamaran ''la Créole""avec son équipage super sympa.Pour manger et boire un verre allez plutôt en ville c'est meilleur et moins cher.Ou alors acheter les petits boudins,les accras ou un poulet boucané sur le bord de la route vous ne serez pas décu.Dans 1 an c'est la retraite,peut etre que je louerai le mois complet.Je fait la Martinique depuis 1997 tout les 2 ans,a part les deux fois en pension complète a l'hotel en 97 et 98 c'est la meilleure location chez des particuliers.Un petit hic!! quant meme,chez l'ancien proprio il nous prétai la voiture et venai nous chercher a l'aéroport.La c'est 62e le taxi jusqu'au studio et 400e de location la petite Twingo pour 10 jours ça fait mal au budget.(c'est pour ça que j'enlève 1 étoile)Mais bon c'était tellement bien que je ne regrette rien.Merci à Mr Nolbas et a Madame de nous avoir permis de passer de si bonnes vacances.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux férmés.
